Our first tasty bet booster of the season comes with our Premier League curtain-raiser as Arsenal begin their title defence by facing promoted side Coventry City on their top-flight return.

A lowky, unassuming pair of bets make it up by backing Kai Havertz to nail a shot on target and for new signing Bruno Guimaraes to commit a foul during the game.

With Viktor Gyokeres and Gabriel Jesus the subject of plenty of transfer speculation at the moment, German striker Kai Havertz is in line to spearhead Mikel Arteta's first attack of the season.

The former Chelsea star had an unassuming 2025/26 campaign, battling with fitness issues throughout the campaign. But, despite starting just seven Premier League games last term, he still found time to lay on two goals and five assists. He was in solid form over the World Cup as well, nailing seven shots on target from four games of Germany's shock early exit.

Likely to be entrusted with a starting berth in a game that should be a routine, season-opening win for Arsenal, there should be ample time for Havertz to trouble Coventry's Carl Rushworth with a shot on goal.

One thing that the Sky Blues will be trying to do is to make the game as uncomfortable as possible for the Gunners. To survive their maiden campaign on-return this season, they'll need grit, fight and edge. If they manage to represent that against their toughest match of the season - an away match against the defending Premier League champions - then Bruno Guimaraes will be a good marker for a foul.

Though the Brazilian now plays for a side that will have far more control over games than his previous employer, Newcastle, Guimaraes should still be a physical magnet in the heart of the midfield for his league bow at his new club. Last season, in the black and white stripes of the Magpies, he won 75 fouls and committed 45 of his own from 29 league appearances.

Coventry have got pace and muscle in abundance, particularly with the acquisitions of the likes of Sidiki Cherif, Taiwo Awoniyi and Caleb Yirenkyi. As such, fast breaks and counters will be their bread and butter in this fixture in a tight, regimented Arsenal structure, and that may lead to a nibble from Bruno.

One slight concern is whether or not Guimaraes will be involved from the off. He started at Wembley and played the first half of Arsenal's white-wash Community Shield success against Manchester City, but his fitness has been in question over recent days. However, his performance was commendable and for the money he was signed for, the expectation would remain that he will have a part to play.
