Championship Choices

Coventry City fell to their third loss of the season last time out to fellow promotion hopefuls Ipswich. Frank Lampards men have been outstanding so far this season, and that loss showed just the slightest blip on their journey to promotion. The loss also marked their first at home all season, with the Coventry Building Society Arena being something of a fortress for the Sky Blues. Charlton have struggled this season under Nathan Jones, winning just one game in their last nine.

Goals Galore

League One has been one of the competive leagues in Europe this season, with only 10 points seperating 1st and 6th, meaning everything is still to play for in the new year. Jack Wilshere's side travel to Exeter, on the back of a good run of form, including a 4-0 demolition of Wycombe Wanderes. Exeter come into the game sitting just outside the relegation zone on goal difference. Bromley were promoted to League Two for the first time in the clubs history in 2024. Andy Woodman's side finished 11th in their first season, and have improved drastically since then, finding themselves top of the table going into 2026.
