Free Multi Bet Tips - Chelsea vs West Ham Bet Builder Tips and Predictions

A London derby is on the horizon as Chelsea get ready to welcome West Ham to Stamford Bridge on Saturday. Both teams come into the game with three or more wins on the bounce. The game looks set to be a scrappy one, with both sides eager to push on this season and achieve their respective goals.

Last time out, Chelsea thumped Saturday’s visitors 5–1 on their own turf, with two of Wednesday night’s goalscorers, João Pedro and Enzo, getting on the scoresheet. It’s hard to see a similar result this time around with two new managers on the touchline.

Both teams have performed well in recent weeks, but with the pressure of the top four and relegation mounting, who will come out on top?

With this being a London Derby, it's only right that you get involved too. We have put together both low-risk and high-risk bet builders for Chelsea vs West Ham, based on our own research and expert insight provided by our team of in-house tipsters. We are on this one with BOYLESports, and they are offering a huge chance for you to enhance your winnings - back either of these builders and receive a profit boost of 50% when you sign up today!

The Research

Low-Risk: Starting with our low-risk bet for Saturday, we expect Chelsea to cruise to a routine victory, with West Ham struggling to really get a foot in the game. Chelsea have an outstanding home record against West Ham and have gone more than five years unbeaten in this fixture. Their last loss came in November 2019, when Aaron Cresswell’s goal proved the difference. The Hammers have struggled on the road this season, picking up just two wins in an 11-game span. Rosenior has come in and really transformed the vibe in the dressing room, and it’s showing on the pitch, with just one loss since his arrival a few weeks back.

João Pedro is a man reborn since the new manager’s arrival, scoring four goals in five games, including an outstanding brace away at Napoli to send the Blues into the last 16. He arrived at Chelsea in the summer with lots of optimism and got off to a hot start with two goals in his first three games. However, things slowly cooled off and he found himself goalless in his next nine appearances. His positioning and ability in and around the area are second to none, and we can expect much more from him heading into the back end of the season.

Like we’ve mentioned in many of our other guides, football has turned into a game of set pieces, and we can once again expect plenty in this match — hence our selection. With both teams possessing an aerial threat, we could even see our over 1.5 goals land purely from set pieces.

High-Risk: Our high-risk selection isn’t too dissimilar from the low-risk one. We still back Chelsea to win with their impressive run of form under Liam Rosenior. The Blues are on fire and ready to burst West Ham’s newly found bubble.

We’re basically a João Pedro fan page at this point, with him taking up three of our eight different picks for this game. As mentioned before, he seems to have found a system that suits him under the new manager, scoring four in five games. He’s got that Brazilian flair about him, seen in his emphatic finish for the first goal against Napoli on Wednesday. There aren’t many strikers in the world who can finish like that, and he’ll only grow in confidence off the back of it.

Pedro has also had his moments since his arrival in England in January 2020. The striker has picked up 20 yellow cards and three red cards in his six-year stint. These numbers aren’t great for a striker and show a player who perhaps loses his temper from time to time. He’s also been known to get involved in a few controversial decisions over the years, throwing elbows and, luckily for opponents, not making contact. With West Ham’s physical defence, we could see him get frustrated and lash out.

The £100+ million midfielder arrived at Chelsea with high expectations. It’s fair to say it took him a while to get up to speed, but in the last few months he’s become a key player, wearing the armband and popping up with some crucial goals. Building from deep in midfield, he likes to drive his side forward and isn’t afraid to take a shot from distance or arrive late in the box. With Chelsea set to dominate possession, we could see him pick up a few chances in and around the area. On top of this, Chelsea may win a penalty, which he would likely take.
