Premier League Sack Race: Current Manager Sacking Odds And Betting Guides

With the Premier League season in full swing, the 2025/26 campaign is already starting to take shape. Ten games in, the drama is well underway, and so are the managerial casualties. The most recent sacking was Vitor Pereira, who parted ways with Wolves over the weekend. Before that, Graham Potter was shown the door at West Ham, while Nuno Espirito Santo met the same fate at Nottingham Forest, who, in a shocking yet comical twist, dismissed Ange Postecoglu not long after.

With the notoriously gruelling Christmas fixture list fast approaching, the heat is only intensifying for managers up and down the country. For several clubs, their managers are walking a very fine line. So, who's next? Let's take a look at which Premier League managers could be staring down the barrel, according to the latest odds.

Arne Slot - Liverpool @ 4/1

Liverpool have endured a harrowing late September-October period across the Premier League, Europe, and the EFL Cup. Their poor form started when they lost to Crystal Palace in the league on the 27th September. Following this, the current Premier League Champions lost to Galatasaray away in the Champions League, Chelsea away in the Premier League, Man United at home in the Premier League and Brentford away in the Premier League. To top it all off, Liverpool lost again to Crystal Palace in the last 16 of the EFL Cup.

Despite beating Aston Villa on the weekend, Liverpool's poor form cannot be ignored, especially when considering the amount of money spent on new acquisitions in the summer. Florian Wirtz, Alexander Isak, Jeremie Frimpong, and Milos Kerkez have all failed to make any lasting impact since arriving at Anfield. Hugo Ekitike has shown glimpses of what he can do; however, one would expect more from a £70 million signing.

Slot's future is undoubtedly in question for Liverpool, and with the fixtures coming in fast, something needs to change before it's too late.

Daniel Farke - Leeds @ 10/1

Leeds earned promotion back into the Premier League for the 2025/26 season. The side have shown glimpses of why they should be in the division; however, their form is ultimately faltering, and despite a victory on the weekend, many feel that Daniel Farke may be surplus to requirements.

New signings Lukas Nmecha and Noah Okafor have both struggled to hit the ground running at Elland Road this season, with goals being the side's main issue, having only scored 9 all season.

Defensively, Leeds have been nothing short of chaotic, shipping 17 goals in just 10 games. For the newly backed Red Bull outfit, survival is the name of the game this season, and patience for Farke may be wearing thin. If results don't turn around fast, the club's hierarchy may be tempted to press the panic button and make a change, leaving Daniel Farke to search for a new challenge.

Marco Silva - Fulham @ 10/1

The ever-steady Fulham are somewhat dwindling this season, and rumour has it that the higher-ups at Craven Cottage may be looking for a new man at the helm.

Despite dealing the final blow for his Portuguese compatriot Vitor Pereira on the weekend, Marco Silva's job sits in jeopardy as Fulham are 14th in the league after 10 games, winning 3, drawing 2, and losing 5. However, away from their alarming league form, the side advanced to the last 8 of the EFL Cup, where they will face current holders Newcastle United.

The Cottagers had a quiet summer window in terms of incomings, and this lack of ambition has translated onto the field. Despite amassing over £50m in new acquisitions, their brightest spark this season has been 18-year-old Joshua King, suggesting that the recruitment structure was poor.

Thus far, Fulham have shipped 14 goals, and despite scoring 12, their vulnerability at the back is constantly leading to them dropping points. With the November fixture list appearing tough for Fulham on paper, Marco Silva will have one eye on the pitch and one eye on his contract this winter.

Nuno Espirito Santo - West Ham @ 10/1

After being sacked by Nottingham Forest earlier in the season, Nuno was quick to sign on at West Ham following the sacking of Graham Potter. Things haven't been smooth sailing, though, with the Hammers sitting firmly in the relegation zone.

In their last 6 league games, West Ham have picked up just 4 points, losing 4 along the way. Three consecutive defeats for Nuno against Arsenal, Brentford and Leeds have left his job in a sticky situation.

Considering the level West Ham were at a few years ago, winning the Conference League and playing Europa League football, many fans are justified in feeling the club's drop off has been immense. Therefore, with fan pressure mounting, the board may be tempted to make yet another change in the dugout this season as Nuno's job hangs in the balance.

Enzo Maresca - Chelsea @ 16/1

In recent weeks, Chelsea have bounced in and around the top 4. So far, the newly crowned World Champion's season has been characterised by injuries, lack of consistency and an immense lack of discipline, with the side amassing 6 red cards in their last 9 games.

Chelsea currently sit 6th in the Premier League after 10 games. Despite winning some impressive games this season, such as beating Liverpool at home and Tottenham away, Chelsea have dropped points in games that are inexcusable, leading many to point fingers at the manager.

Chelsea lost to Man United at Old Trafford, at home to Brighton, and then lost again at home to Sunderland. These alarming defeats at Stamford Bridge, accompanied by the staggering amount of red cards in recent weeks for both players and coaching staff, have led many to question the security of Enzo Maresca's position at the helm.

Despite all the chaos, Chelsea have won 2 out of their 3 games in the Champions League, and they have also advanced to the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup.

However, as has always been the case with Chelsea, you can never be sure when the next manager will depart. Should the lack of discipline and shock defeats continue, then Enzo Maresca may be looking for a new challenge sooner rather than later.
