Villarreal
A big clash in the Basque Country takes place on Sunday in LaLiga as high flying Villarreal travel to the Reale Arena in San Sebastian to take on a rejuvenated Real Sociedad.
Under Marcelino, Villarreal have enjoyed a superb start to the LaLiga campagin, they sit third behind El Clasico sides Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, and have four wins and a draw from their last five matches.
Marcelino's side find themselves on 29 points, just three points behind league leaders Real Madrid, and whilst any talk on a title challenge may be too far based on the strength Spain's big two have, Villarreal can cement themselves as Spain's 'best of the rest' this season.
Meanwhile, Real Sociedad find themselves in ninth. And whilst that may not quite be where they want to be, they have recovered from a poor start to the campaign which saw them near the relegation zone. However, their recent form has been strong, including a dramatic 3-2 Basque derby win over Athletic Club.

Real Sociedad 2-1 Sevilla
Negreira 0-3 Real Sociedad
Real Sociedad 3-2 Athletic Club
Elche 1-1 Real Sociedad
Osasuna 1-3 Real Sociedad
Four wins and one draw will leave Real Soicedad confident as the home side despite Villarreal's impressive form overall so far this season
Villarreal 4-0 Rayo Vallecano
Pafos 1-0 Villarreal
Espanyol 0-2 Villarreal
Villarreal 2-1 Mallorca
Borussia Dortmund 4-0 Villarreal
Villarreal's European form has not been great, however domestically it has been strong. Real Sociedad away represents a tough test but with his side sitting third Marcelino will be confident of a result.
Sociedad's long serving captain is certainly the main man to watch for the Basque side as he looks to be the difference maker in attack for his team as he has been over the years in San Sebastian.
Spanish striker Gerrard Moreno scored the opening goal in Villarreal's last match away at Espanyol
