COMPLAINTS POLICY

Our Commitment

Football Park is committed to providing a high-quality service to all of our users. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us in response.

How to Make a Complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of Football Park — including our content, predictions, tips, advertising or the way we have handled your personal data — please contact us in the first instance via [email protected]. Please provide as much detail as possible, including:

  • Your name and contact email address
  • A clear description of your complaint
  • The specific page, article or feature your complaint relates to
  • The date the issue occurred, if applicable

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receipt. We will then investigate the matter and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If the investigation is likely to take longer, we will keep you updated on progress.

Editorial Complaints

If your complaint relates to a specific article, tip, prediction or piece of content — for example, you believe it contains a factual error or was published irresponsibly — we will review the content in question and, where appropriate, issue a correction or clarification. We take editorial accuracy seriously and act on all credible complaints promptly.

Data and Privacy Complaints

If your complaint relates to how we have handled your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with our response.

Advertising Complaints

If your complaint relates to advertising or affiliate content displayed on Football Park, you may also direct complaints about advertising standards to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) at asa.org.uk.

Our Approach

We treat all complaints confidentially and with respect. We welcome genuine feedback and use it to improve our service. If you are dissatisfied with our final response, we will explain the reasons for our decision and point you toward any relevant external bodies.
