Monday nights Championship action sees two of the sides relegated from the Premier League face off, and it’s certain to be exciting.
Both sides have an exciting and impressive attacking roster for the division. Despite issues with the teams defences last year, to keep hold of the attacking options they have will do them a massive justice.
Carlton Morris himself managed to bag 11 Premier League goals last season, an impressive return for a player in a side most pundits wrote off before the season started. He’s still with The Hatters, and looks nailed on to have an impressive Championship campaign.
While a different situation entirely, I think it’s important to account for Burnley’s Benson Manuel. Whilst his output dwindled in the Premier League last year, his previous stint with Burnley in the Championship was another class. He scored 12 goals as the Clarets secured the title.
With both teams boasting healthy attacking options, and likely looking for a statement win to start the campaign, it’s safe to assume we’ll see goals at Kenilworth Road.
Research considered, our experts are backing a total of over 2.5 goals to be scored in the match. At odds of 5/6 on Ladbrokes, a £10 stake would return a very respectable £18.34.
