Poland welcome Croatia to their National Stadium Warsaw as they look to progress in the A Nations League.
Poland come into this game in bad form as they look to challenge for the top two places in group A. Croatia meanwhile, have shown a recent period of dominance.
Poland Predicted Line-up: Łukasz Skorupski; Paweł Dawidowicz, Jan Bednarek, Sebastian Walukiewicz; Nicola Zalewski, Piotr Zieliński, Maxi Oyedele, Sebastian Szymański, Przemysław Frankowski; Karol Świderski, Robert Lewandowski
Poland had already lost in this international break. On Saturday they were the victims of a 3-1 loss to Portugal as Bernardo Silva and Cristiano Ronaldo scored.
Whilst Croatia defeated Scotland, it means that Poland are now three points behind Tuesday’s opponents, and six points away from the top. If they want to progress through to the quarter-finals, a win in this match is vital.
Inter Milan’s Piotr Zielinksi grabbed their goal against Portugal last time out. When it comes to star players though, it's hard to look past a man who should arguably have a Ballon d’Or to his name in Robert Lewandowski. The 36-year-old already has 12 goals this season in just 11 games. If anyone is going to prove vital against Croatia, it will be him.
Croatia Predicted Line-up: Dominik Livaković; Joško Gvardiol, Duje Ćaleta-Car, Josip Šutalo; Borna Sosa, Mario Pašalić, Luka Modrić, Ivan Perišić; Andrej Kramarić, Luka Sučić; Igor Matanovic
Croatia seemed to dominate against the Scots on Saturday. Andrej Kramaric and Igor Matanovic grabbed the goals whilst a 39-year-old Luka Modric couldn’t help but put on another top performance for his nation.
As stated before, Croatia are now in a very good position to qualify through to the quarter-finals. If they win against Poland, and win convincingly, they could qualify for that next round in this match. They would be six points ahead and have a higher goal difference. Whilst it wouldn’t be guaranteed, they’d have a very strong chance.
Croatia and Poland have met each other six times over the course of their footballing history. Croatia have won four of those games, whilst drawing and losing once.
Before their recent meeting in the Nations League, these countries haven’t faced each other since 2008. They first met in 1996 for a friendly.

Croatia are by far the superior footballing nation compared to Poland. Croatia reached the World Cup final just six years ago and some players and many elements are still apart of the squad.
When you also take current form into consideration, Croatia will be very high spirited off the back of their consecutive victories. All of the pressure is on Poland, whilst Croatia have proven they can win this game.
Poland 0-2 Croatia
