Tranmere Rovers have been struggling recently. Three draws in their last three games has returned some valuable points. But considering two of those three were against poor sides in Swindon Town and Salford City, you’d expect better from the Rovers.

In all competitions, Tranmere haven’t won a game of football since the end of August. However, MK Dons now under the reigns of Scott Lindsey are always going to be a hard team to play against, so their fans can take some positives from an away 1-1 draw against them. Last time out in this competition they lost to an Everton under 21 side, as Beto bagged a brace.

However, a standout player for the away side has been Dara Costelloe. The 21-year-old left-winger has scored three in his last two games and could be the spark Accrington need to stay in the 4th tier.
