EXCLUSIVE: Dean Windass provides damning verdict on Ollie McBurnie ahead of 'tough' Premier League campaign
Premier League News
Dean Windass: "In the Premier League you get one chance, in the Championship you get five or six... Ollie will find it hard
We all know how difficult it is for a newly promoted club to break the existing Premier League mould, especially for a side like Hull City who came up via a playoff triumph at Wembley last season.
Perhaps the most prominent of struggles faced by those entering England's top flight is scoring goals and finding a centre-forward who can put up the required output to at least mount a challenge.
Ollie McBurnie is the man tasked with solving that problem for the Tigers this season, but despite some good performances, questions are already beginning to rise about whether he can replicate anything close to that 18 goal Championship tally in the Premier League.

One man who knows all about being a promoted side's talisman is Dean Windass and he spoke to Football Park courtesy of betTOM about how difficult it will be for McBurnie to hit the ground running.
"He's gonna find it very, very tough. He got 16 or 17 goals, I think, last year, I can't remember, but in the Premier League you get one chance, two chances a game.
"In the Championship you get five or six, so when those chances come along for Ollie, he's going to have to take them... but yeah, Ollie will find it hard."
Windass' comments have already began to ring true, with McBurnie failing to score in any of the first three Premier League games for Hull, despite their good start to the season.
Hull have also brought in attacking reinforcements, but McBurnie is integral to the way they set up and will likely be the one tasked with leading the line for most of the gruelling campaign.
The Scotsman has played in the Premier League before at Sheffield United, where he completed three campaigns but only managing 13 goals across 80 appearances.
Windass also talked about what McBurnie will bring to the Premier League and stressed how important even reaching double figures can be, as he experienced during his time at Bradford.
"He'll run his socks off, he'll try to ruffle a few feathers. But he will find it hard, you know.
"If he can get to double figures; I got to double figures in my first year at Bradford and we finished 4th from bottom, so that just tells you how difficult it is."
