Twelve minutes is far from a long time for most, but in football all it takes is a split second of artistry to endear yourself to the beautiful game.
So, when Shea Lacey received the ball off the right, drifted effortlessly inside and curled a missile which appeared destined to nestle in the top corner merely one minute after entering the field, only for the strike to agonisingly cannon off the crossbar – it was a spark which made everyone pay attention.
Just moments later, Lacey once again had Dubravka worried, with another strike in similar circumstances to the first whizzing inches from Burnley's far post in yet another moment of electricity.
It was only the youngster's second Premier League appearance and coincidentally just two minutes longer than his previous venture, but despite the minimal nature of the opportunity, it provided a confirmation of what many involved at Manchester United have known and what many involved in rival clubs had feared for years… Shea Lacey is different.
Carrington is an academy which has produced a multitude of top stars, including the likes of David Beckham, Ryan Giggs and, more recently, Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford.
But even with such a star-studded list, perhaps none have quite accrued the reputation and expectation of Shea Lacey.
Lacey is only 18 but was playing for Man Utd's U18s at just 15 years of age, where he began to really substantiate the buzz he had attracted by those highly regarded at the club in his younger years.
During his rise, many had likened his ability and profile to that of the technically exceptional Phil Foden at rivals Man City and perhaps a likeness which Man Utd fans will be more fond of in club legend Wayne Rooney.
Both of these comparisons were, and are, a testament to just how high Lacey's ceiling is believed to be, and his meteoric progression through the age groups was yet another reminder of his development.

But, rather than becoming another number to add to the failed career statistic, Lacey showed the resilience of someone made for the big leagues and overcame his issues to return to the path of success he had walked for so long.
And it's safe to say Lacey has reaped the rewards of said resilience this season, with both first-team and international opportunities he could only have dreamed of throughout his journey.
Strangely enough, Lacey's ascent into the spotlight began in international football rather than club.
Before he had even made the bench in a senior game for Man Utd, Thomas Tuchel called up Lacey, alongside fellow youngsters Lakyle Samuel and Harrison Murray-Campbell, to train with the England first team in October of last year.
Lacey was already stationed with England U20s when the call-up came, but for a young player with no prior senior experience, it was a massive deal.

This trend would continue until Lacey received his first taste of first-team minutes in an eventual 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa in the final game before Christmas, some present that.
More bench appearances would follow before the lightning cameo, which informs this article, against Burnley just last night.
It was the icing on a cake which could well incur more layers before the season is out, but one which saw Lacey catapulted even further into the hot seat to stardom.
When youngsters get thrust into the spotlight, it is often unknown how they will handle the newfound attention – but for Lacey, at least to this point, that appears to be a redundant concern.
Videos have circulated online, one specifically of Lacey giving time to a young fan and even gifting him a pair of signed boots, showing maturity and humility far beyond his years.

At just 18 years old, Lacey already looks special. Give him a few more years of development, under the right structure, with the right opportunities to shine, and Shea Lacey will be a household name before we know it.
Everything points toward a superstar in the making.
Get excited, Man Utd fans, because you may just have the next world-conquering Red Devil emerging before your very eyes.
