Where Did Fulham Finish Last Season?

Last time out, Fulham finished the Premier League season in eleventh place in the table, however that was only one point off of a European finish. Harry Wilson was the star of the show at Craven Cottage with the Welshman scoring ten goals and providing seven assists to contribute towards their eleventh place finish.

Unfortunately for the Cottagers, Wilson has departed the club following the end of his contract and has moved to fellow Premier League competitors Leeds United. Alongside the loss of Harry Wilson, Fulham have also lost manager Marco Silva and striker Raul Jimenez.

Who is Fulham’s Manager for the 2026/27 Season?

Alvaro Arbeloa

Following a rather short spell as manager of footballing giants Real Madrid, Alvaro Arbeloa is looking to progress his managerial career a bit more. During his time in the Spanish capital, he managed to win 18 from 28 matches, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to add to their very full trophy cabinet.

Following the departure of Marco Silva at Craven Cottage it will be interesting to see how the Spaniard settles into his role and if he can have a positive start to his time in charge. He will likely deploy a similar 4-2-3-1 system to that of the former boss so it shouldn’t take too much getting used to for the players.

Who is Fulham’s Player to Watch?

**Oscar Bobb

Oscar Bobb made his move from Manchester to London in January as part of a deal worth up to £27 million. Towards the back end of last season he failed to really make an impact on the side, however it is clear the talent and potential that he has so this season could be the season for him to make his mark at the Cottage. Following the departure of Harry Wilson, Bobb could be in line to get more opportunities in the side so it is important he takes his chance.

Where Will Fulham Finish This Season?

You #FearForFulham, don't you? That's the common trend surrounding them on socials these days.

However, it is true. They've lost Harry Wilson, their star turn last season and have also said goodbye to top scorer Raul Jimenez, aging though he was. They've signed the absolute dregs of Real Madrid, as Los Blancos fans warn us Englishmen which can only be the doing of Arbeloa himself who, conveniently, is in the same agency as Garcia and Palacios. Oh, and fan-favourite Sasa Lukic is gone as well!

With Ipswich looking pretty strong in the market, Coventry everyone's favourite underdog and the likes of Tottenham, Forest and Leeds who all beat the drop last season looking even stronger now, this season could be one of real disappointment for Fulham.

Arbeloa did okay-ish with Real Madrid last season but is massively inexperienced in top-level management. And he was in charge of the greatest side in history as well - I'm sure I could lead Real Madrid to a win. Fulham, though? I'm not sure he has what it takes.

We're going to stick our necks right on the line with this one - Fulham go down this year.
