The Premier League Summer Transfer Window has now slammed shut.
After months of endless rumours and Fabrizio Romano posts, and with over £2 billion spent, will all the teams be happy with their incomings and outgoings?
From panic buys to incredible deals, we rank each team's summer transfer dealings.
It has been far from a perfect start for Wolves; they are the only team yet to register a point so far this season, and their transfer window was equally as bleak.
After losing three of their key players in Matheus Cunha, Rayan Aït Nouri, and Nelson Semedo, the Midlands side has failed to sufficiently back the manager in the eyes of the fans.
The arrivals of Tolu Arokodare, David Wolfe, Jhon Arias, and Fer Lopez are absolute unknowns in the league, and the start has not been promising.
I'm ready for this transfer window to end. Tired of waking up in the morning dreading to see what new nonsense is going on with Wolves.
— Joshua Buckley (@joshuabuckley) August 28, 2025
It was a quiet window until deadline day for the Cottagers. The late arrivals of Kevin from Porto and Samuel Chukuweze from AC Milan are cause for hope, but Marco Silva would have wanted more to progress.

Palace were at the epicentre of several high-profile transfers throughout the window, without bringing in many new faces to Selhurst Park.
The Eagles will be disappointed to have lost Eberechi Eze to Arsenal, but a player of his talent and age, it was only a matter of time. Right until the window closed, it looked as though they would also be losing their captain, Marc Guehi, to Liverpool, until Oliver Glasner put a stop to that move.
Yeremy Pino has been brought in for a hefty sum; however, the Spanish forward has big boots to fill when following Eze.
Oliver Glasner delivered Crystal Palace the world and the thanks the club have given to him is the worst transfer window possible

West Ham made a dismal start to the season in the first couple of games, but last Sunday's comprehensive victory against Nottingham Forest has breathed new life into East London.
Mads Hermansen and Mateus Fernandes were signed from relegated sides, with high hopes. El Hadji Malick Diouf and Soungoutou Magassa both have considerable promise, and the free signings of Kyle Walker-Peters and Callum Wilson should bring valuable experience.
Retaining the services of Lucas Paqueta is vital for the Hammers after the Brazilian was linked with a move away all summer.
The losses of first-team regulars could hamper Graham Potter's side over the course of the season after they waved goodbye to Kudus, Aguerd, Zouma, Coufal, Alvarez, Antonio, and Ings.
Another transfer window has gone where the board have failed the football club.

Losing Thomas Frank, Bryan Mbuemo, Yoanne Wissa, and captain Christian Noragaard represents the need for a massive overhaul for the Bees, with many fearing for them this season.
In typical Brentford fashion, the business has still been impressive, though it remains to be seen if those sales may have been a step too far.
Former Liverpool players Jordan Henderson and Caoimhin Kelleher have come through the doors, bringing a trophy winning mentality, as well as club record signing Django Outarra, who is expected to be the chief goal threat.

Unai Emery has made his feelings known about Villa's PSR situation and the frustration of having to sell one of their star youngsters, Jacob Ramsey.
It looked all but certain that goalkeeper Emi Martinez would be set for pastures new after his tearful goodbye at the end of last season - but after no suitable suitors were found, and the Argentine shot-stopper has signed a new deal.
The Villains made two deadline day deals with Harvey Elliott and Jadon Sancho coming through the door, providing some much-needed goals to the side that has disappointed so far this season.

It's a tough ask for any promoted team in this mega-rich Premier League era, but Leeds have certainly tried to craft a squad that can retain its league status.
Midfield acquisitions Sean Longstaff and Anton Stach have added grit and power, which are essential when playing at Elland Road.
There are doubts about the firepower despite bringing in Calvert-Lewin, Nmecha and Okafor. It remains to be seen if these signings can consistently provide the much-needed goals.
I think fans are forgetting we have spent over 100m in this transfer window. There’s a lot of fans who are entitled and forget what it means to be Leeds.
— Lord Leeds (@Leeds_lord1) September 1, 2025
8/10 window for me.
Many people have predicted Scott Parker's side to finish 20th this season, such is the mammoth task ahead of him. However, if their transfer business is anything to go by, they could prove to be a more challenging prospect than fans anticipate.
Serial winner Kyle Walker will bring invaluable experience and professionalism to the side, while the Chelsea trio of Humphreys, Broja, and Ugochukwu brings excitement and youth to Turf Moor.
It remains to be seen if even this clever business will be enough to keep the Clarets in the Premier League.

At the start of the window, people feared the worst for the Cherries. Their entire backline was ransacked as Dean Huijsen left for Madrid, Kerkez moved to Liverpool, Kepa's loan deal was not extended, and later, Zabarnyi left for PSG.
But reinforcements have been brought in, and fans are satisfied that they meet the required standard. Centre-back pairing Bafode Diakite and Veljko Milosavljevic both bring heaps of promise. As do Ben Doak, Adriene Truffert and Amine Adli. Djordje Petrovic seems like excellent business between the sticks as well.
A highlight for fans is also securing star man Antoine Semenyo to a long-term deal, effectively deterring the sharks from circling for now.

We know to trust the Brighton recruitment department. Even if they are not household names right now, the players they bring in tend to succeed.
Losing Pedro, Estupinan, O'Riley, Encisio, and Adingra was bound to hurt, but expectations are high for the replacements.
Bar Olivier Boscagli, all of the Seagulls' recruits are aged 24 or under. Charalampos Kostoulas comes in up top, highly rated in his home country of Greece. Maxim De Cuyper, Tom Watson, and Diego Coppola are all names that should be marked as "ones to watch".
What are your thoughts on the transfer window #BHAFC fans? Carlos Baleba and Kaoru Mitoma are still Brighton players, there’s been some exciting additions to the squad and Igor is somewhere in London. @SkySportsNews #DeadlineDay

In typical United fashion, they have not been shy about splashing the cash. After last season's dismal showing, Ruben Amorim's side definitely needed refreshing, although we feel that there are still areas that have not been addressed.
There were numerous links with midfielders to freshen up the ageing engine room, but no moves materialised.
The signings of Bryan Mbuemo and Matheus Cunha are exciting additions, as well as the raw Benjamin Sesko. However, early-season form has shown that United are still far away from where a club of that size needs to be. Goalkeeper Senne Lammens was also brought in on deadline day in the hopes that he could oust the unpredictable Andre Onana.

Since their return to the Premier League, Forest have provided plenty of headlines. Owner Evangelnos Marinakis is never too far away from the drama, and this window has been no different.
From the Morgan Gibbs-White saga with Spurs, to rumours of tension with Nuno Espirito Santo, one thing that Marinakis cannot be accused of is unwillingness to back the side.
There was disappointment in losing Anthony Elanga, but reinforcements have been plentiful. England youngsters Omari Hutchinson and James McAtee are expected to fulfil on their exceptionally high potential, while Dan Ndoye has come in to provide attacking width.
Two big-money signings from Ligue 1 have gone under the radar; Dilane Bakwa and Arnaud Kalimuendo have bags of ability.
There have also been plenty of Brazilians coming through the door, many of whom are relative unknown quantities, bar Douglas Luiz, who impressed hugely while at Aston Villa.

City waited until deadline day to make the kind of marquee signing that we have come to expect from them in recent times, with the signing of Gianluigi Donnarumma in a massive move from PSG.
The rest of the business was conducted significantly earlier in the window in the hopes of winning the Club World Cup, which didn't come to fruition. Rayan Aït-Nouri, Tijani Reijnders, Rayan Cherki, and James Trafford all signed on the dotted line.
Trafford, in particular, would be dismayed with the deadline day deal to sign Donnarumma, after the England shot-stopper would have been expecting to be Pep Guardiola's number one.
You can never underestimate this City side, but starting the season with two losses in the first three games is not a great reflection of the transfer window.

Everton's move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium has seemingly given the whole club a boost. It was borderline depressing at times last season for the Toffees, but they finally feel that they have been adequately backed and will hope to kick on this season.
Jack Grealish is a deal that could've gone either way; his early form suggests that the loan deal will be a huge success. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Tyler Dibling are massive upgrades on last season, with Carlos Alcaraz and Thierno Barry bringing more quality to the squad as a whole.
No significant outgoings mean that David Moyes will feel his Everton side can finally escape the relegation battles they repeatedly find themselves in.
Best transfer window in years for Everton!🔵

The Isak saga has cast a shadow over what has been a successful Newcastle transfer window. It remains to be seen if the Swede's goals can be replaced, and early form suggests that the signings need to hit the ground running.
Nick Woltemede and Yoanne Wissa both bring goals by the boatload from their respective clubs, while providing two completely different profiles in the Toon attack.
Anthony Elanga, Malick Thiaw, Aaron Ramsdale, and Jacob Ramsey make Newcastle a strong proposition this season, both in England and in Europe.

We believe that the Black Cats have had the strongest window of all the newly promoted sides. Does that mean we are confident of them staying up? No. However, they are going to give it a damn good go.
Granit Xhaka is a real coup, bringing a great deal of European pedigree, and so too will Nordi Mukiele.
On the other end of the age spectrum, there is a bucketload of young talent on display at the Stadium of Light. Simon Adingra, Habib Diarra, Brian Brobbey, Chemsdine Talbi, and Noah Sadiki all have the potential to be stars, but it remains to be seen if they will fulfil this promise.

The World Champions conducted early business ahead of their exploits in the Club World Cup, which included Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, as well as exciting young starlets Estevao and Kendry Paez.
After being crowned World Champions, the business didn't stop for the Blues, as we have come to expect during Todd Bohely's reign. Gittens, Garnacho, Hato, and Buonanotte also added to their already impressive depth.

It seemed that Spurs were linked with every exciting attacker in Europe at some point this window, but constantly found themselves being rebuffed.
However, they have ended the window with a whole host of exciting attacking talent, which will suit Thomas Frank's brand of football perfectly.
Xavi Simons is one of the most exciting acquisitions, with the Dutchman finally taking to a Premier League pitch after years of rumours and failed talks.
Spurs have also added Randal Kolo Muani, Mohamed Kudus, and Mathys Tel to their impressive attack.
The signing of Joao Paulinha from Bayern Munich also looks to be shrewd business from a defensive viewpoint.

Arsenal have had a habit of being the bridesmaid and not the bride in recent seasons, something that Mikel Arteta is keen to change.
The Gooners have been busy in the market this summer and have added incredible depth to the squad. Victor Gyokeres, Piero Hincapie, Martin Zubimendi, and Eberechi Eze all had suitors from around the continent but chose North London.
Injuries continue to hamper Arteta's side, but this side looks as ready as ever to stake its claim for the league title.

There was only ever going to be a number one on this list. It is being touted as one of the greatest windows of all time, and with that comes the weight of expectation on the Reds to retain the Premier League title.
Liverpool broke the transfer record twice in the same window with the signings of Florian Wirtz and the long-running saga of Alexander Isak.
To complete the rebuild, they welcomed Jeremie Frimpong, Milos Kerkez, Hugo Ekitike, and Giovanni Leoni.
As well as the glut of incomings, there were also plenty of outgoings at Anfield. The Merseyside outfit said goodbye to Darwin Nunez, Luis Diaz, Harvey Elliott, Jarell Quansah and more.
The only dampener for Arne Slot's side would be the failure to complete the Marc Guehi deal, which leaves the Reds slightly short at centre-back.
