Which players 21 or under have provided the most goals this season?

This season has seen youngsters light up European football on several occasions. But which players aged 21 or under have contributed the most goals this season?

Benjamin Sesko

Sesko is only 20 years old but has scored 10 goals and assisted two in 27 games this season. He currently plays for Bundesliga side RB Leipzig and is Slovenian.

Anthony Elanga

The former Manchester United youngster has been crucial for Nottingham Forest in 2023/24. So far he's scored five and assisted eight as his club aim to survive another Premier League season. Should they get relegated though, Elanga could be the first name on the transfer list of all three new top-flight sides.

Matias Soule

Soule is arguably the most unknown player on this list. At 21 and on loan from Juventus, Soule has scored 10 and provided three goals this season for Serie A side Frosinone. As a dynamic right-winger, Soule looks to be a strong addition to a growing Juventus squad for 2024/25.

Savio

The Brazilian forward seems to be heading to Manchester City this summer. But for now at Girona, Savio has been a star. He's scored eight and assisted eight as Girona shocked the world with a Spanish title charge this campaign. Although Real Madrid are now dominating first place, Savio was a huge part of Girona's early success.

Jamal Musiala

Musiala has been a special talent for some time now. Arguably the best player with the ball at his feet on this list. He's scored 10 and assisted six for Bayern Munich this season, as they mount a charge for the UEFA Champions League.

Maximilian Beier

Hoffenheim's Beier takes 5th spot with 13 goals and four assists in 2023/24. He's been critical for the German side as they look for a top 10 finish.

Xavi Simons

Xavi Simons takes is next after a sensational campaign with RB Leipzig. He''s out on loan from PSG and scored seven and assisted 12, bringing his total to 19 goals contributed.

Jude Bellingham

Bellingham is in 3rd during a breakout season at Real Madrid. The lad is still only 20 and has 16 goals and 4 assist this season, and quite possibly on his way to his first Champions League trophy with Real Madrid.

Florian Wirtz

In second, it’s Florian Wirtz who’s just surged Bayer Leverkusen to their first ever Bundesliga title. He’s got 11 goals and 10 assists, and is destined to a big move some time in the near future.

Cole Palmer

Palmer has shocked everyone with his performances at Chelsea this season. Amongst a struggling squad, many have predicted Chelsea to be relegated if it weren't for their summer signing. Palmer has scored 20 and assisted 9, and is currently challenging former teammate Erling Haaland for the Premier League 2023/24 Golden Boot.
