🚨 Bayern Munich made offer in region of €35m to Fulham for Joao Palhinha late last week. Proposal not accepted but dialogue ongoing as #FCBayern work to reach agreement with #FFC for 28yo Portugal international midfielder. W/ @peterrutzler @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/3cm9oAbwSc

Palhinha, who has been a key part of Marco Silva’s Fulham side, almost joined the German club last summer but as Fulham were unable to find a replacement the move collapsed.
After yet another impressive season in Fulham’s midfield it appears that he could be on his way out this time. Despite the bid being rejected talks are apparently still ongoing between the two clubs and an agreement could be made soon.
Expect the Cottagers to be stern about exactly how much they want for the Portuguese international though with them not wanting to let go of their star player. They have already claimed that they will only let him go for ‘the right price’ so Bayern Munich may need to cough up a lot more if they are going to bag the midfield man.
The club is already eyeing up a replacement with Arsenal man Emile Smith-Rowe being top of their wish list this summer.
Expect another bid for Palhinha from Bayern Munich soon.
