Scott added that the package is similar to an offer Millwall rejected from Ipswich Town for Azeez in the January transfer window.

Azeez has now been given permission to undergo a medical with the Premier League side ahead of signing a four-year contract, which will include the option for a further season.

Azeez's performances last season attracted plenty of attention after an impressive campaign at The Den. The winger scored 11 times and provided seven assists in the Championship as Millwall just missed out on automatic promotion to the Premier League.
The Nigerian international, however, now appears set to get his chance in the top flight, with Brighton moving quickly on deadline day to secure his signature.
