Lamine Camara to Chelsea is OFF
In the most dramatic turn on this enthralling transfer deadline day, Lamine Camara's move to Chelsea is off.

AS Monaco cancel Lamine Camara-Chelsea deal after a written agreement between clubs, as they proceed with Balogun sale to Everton.
⚠️ Chelsea are FURIOUS as call it a deeply unprofessional way to conduct business. pic.twitter.com/fKvKSoAUig
This comes after the news that Everton's move for Florian Balogun from AS Monaco was given the green light after initially collapsing due to issues with the medical.
It was no secrete AS Monaco needed to make a sale, but only one.
There was a written agreement between both parties although the Ligue 1 side made the decision to proceed with Balogun to Everton.
This meant that Chelsea's £47m pound deal for the 22-year-old Senegalese midfielder was no more and the club is belived to be furious.
Chelsea had reached full written club-to-club agreement with Monaco for Camara. But having renegotiated the Balogun deal to Everton, Monaco have withdrawn the agreement with Chelsea for Camara. Fair to say Chelsea are absolutely fuming and regard it unprofessional behaviour.

Chelsea it's reported have honoured Enzo's agrrement with City and therefore the Camara deal hasn't in anyway impacted the move.
Chelsea could have subsequently pulled the plug on Enzo Fernadez's move to Manchester City but decided to keep their word. High drama late in the window. https://t.co/NsyIeP1yYO
