Five Wonderkids Who Will Have High Potential in EAFC 25 Career Mode

19/09/24 13:55

As we move toward the official launch of EAFC 25, which is scheduled for the 27th of September 2024, avid fans will already be plotting out who they’ll sign in their first career mode saves.

Since the official potential of players won’t be known until release, looking at our favourite wonderkids in real life, we’ve compiled a list of five 'wonderkids' that we think will have huge potential in FC 25.

To clear things up, we’re only counting players who are currently 19 or younger in order to qualify as a ‘wonderkid’. Also, each player we’ve selected will have an official face scan from the beginning of FC 25, to make your save feel that little bit more realistic.

5: Arda Guler - Real Madrid

Real Madrid’s Turkish star Arda Guler is first up on our list, and we know he’ll be huge for your FC 25 career mode.

The 19-year-old CAM is going to be a force to be reckoned with a few years into your career mode save. With his agility and balance both already in the 80’s, he’ll feel smooth on the pitch right off the bat.

Your biggest struggle will be convincing Guler to leave Real Madrid, since he’s already at the biggest club in the world.

4: Mathys Tel - Bayern Munich

Frenchman Mathys Tel is next on our list, and he’ll prove just as useful in your career mode as he has been in real life.

Coming through the Rennes academy, the 19-year-old has taken every chance he’s been awarded so far at Bayern, scoring a goal roughly every 140 minutes last season.

Coming in at 77 rated, he’d be good enough to provide an option for whatever team you choose to manage.

With his 88 shot power and 87 sprint speed, Tel would be difficult for the best of defenders to deal with. Primarily a ST, you’d be able to use Tel at both LM and RM should you sign him from Bayern Munich.

3: Warren Zaire-Emery - Paris Saint-Germain

Our second Frenchman in a row, Warren Zaire-Emery is already a star player at just 18.

Since breaking into the PSG side a few years ago, Zaire-Emery hasn’t looked back. He’s featured in a key role for the start of the Ligue 1 campaign this year, the CM won’t lose his spot any time soon.

He’s a real all rounder, who’s already 80 rated, and with his 84 stamina he’ll work harder than most other midfielders should you sign him.

The problem is, with PSG’s gargantuan finances, they can afford to price you out of a move for their star-boy.

** 2: Endrick - Real Madrid**

Everyone’s favourite time traveller is up next, and Endrick has earned himself a 77 rating after his last season at Palmeiras.

Already a regular for Brazil’s national team, and playing a role for Real Madrid, Endrick’s potential will be sky high in FC 25. With 91 acceleration and 86 agility, Endrick will be unstoppable right from the first season of the new game.

However, since he moved to Real Madrid in the Summer window, you won't be able to sign the ST until the second season.

1: Lamine Yamal - Barcelona

Without a doubt the wonderkid who will have the highest potential in FC 25 is Lamine Yamal.

The Barcelona star played a key role for both his club and national team in the past year, picking up a Euro 2024 medal on his 17th birthday.

The RW has already earned an 81 rating, with 87 agility, and will be completely unstoppable in his first season on FC 25. Imagine how good he’d be when he’s 25.

With the right manager to guide him, Yamal could easily reach the high 90’s in terms of rating in FC 25 career mode. However, I’d assume Yamal would cost an arm and a leg if you wanted to sign him.
