Inter Milan may have been offered an opportunity to secure the services of Nottingham Forest winger Dan Ndoye in the near future, according to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Switzerland international has recently fell slightly out of favour under Sean Dyche at the City Ground this season, with his performances coming into question on several occasions.
As a former Serie A star with Bologna and a former target for Napoli before Nottingham Forest signed him back in the summer of 2025, Inter Milan have been keeping tabs on his situation in the East Midlands recently with an understood small chance of bringing him to the San Siro.
However, that situation has changed somewhat due to Forest's interest in Inter Milan midfielder Davide Fratessi, who may be able to exit Milan as well leaving a swap deal option available on the table between both clubs.

Nottingham Forest's interest had reportedly cooled in Davide Fratessi as the January transfer window stretched into it's halfway point, but that interest has reportedly been re-ignited in the wake of Ndoye's potential availability to Inter.
Cristian Chivu's side are interested in bringing the Switzerland winger back to Italy in the not-so-distant-future, and both clubs are now toying with the idea of a swap deal between Ndoye and Fratessi, leaving both clubs with their transfer targets onboarded.

It isn't that long ago that Fratessi played his part in an Inter side that made their way to the final of the Champions Legaue, but his standing in Inter's midfield hierarchy has slipped over recent months, with Chivu reportedly fine with letting him depart in either this window or the next.
Inter have long been admirers of Dan Ndoye, being amongst the interested parties for his signature in the summer along with Forest and the likes of Napoli, but they never officially joined the race with a bid. As such, his underwhelming start to life in England may prompt them to try again soon, especially whilst holding a Forest target as a makeweight for the deal.
