League Two Player Of The Month Shows No Sign Of Stopping
Luke Molyneux, the man on top of the Sky Bet League Two. Being awarded Player Of The Month in the first month of the season, Luke Molyneux and Doncaster Rovers currently sit in 6th at the time of writing and are eager for a return to League One for the first time in 4 seasons.
Amazing feeling to win August player of the month, hopefully the first of many 🤝🏻 @drfc_official pic.twitter.com/TgNKArCT6I

Molyneux has had an outstanding August and has contributed 4 goals and 2 assists from midfield to put his side in a promotion play off spot.
2 losses but 4 wins and 11 goals scored puts Doncaster up there in the league as one of the more prolific sides and Luke Molyneux has played a significant part in that by contributing to over 50% of those goals.

⚽️@ChesterfieldFC's James Berry and @drfc_official's Luke Molyneux have both bagged 4 goals already this season and face off this Saturday at The Eco-Power Stadium!#EFL pic.twitter.com/FDa9CIn6ym
Molyneux's more memorable performances from this season have to be against Port Vale in the league. Molyneux scored twice and assisted once to give his side all three points in a close 3-2 win away from home. The connection between Billy Sharp and Luke Molyneux has been a fantastic benefit to the side and both players show no sign of slowing down.

The other memorable fixture being against Accrington Stanley. Molyneux, yet again, being at the heart of a demolision scoring twice and picking up an assist as Doncaster cruised to a 4-1 win at home. Billy Sharp found himself on the score sheet as well as the 38 year old Football League legend continues to suprise fans with his ability for his age.
Coming up for Doncaster, they face top of the league, Barrow as well as fellow promotion pushers Crew Alexandra. A handful of games around these fixtures where they should be picking up three points and with the form that Luke Molyneux is possessing, as well as Billy Sharp and co, you would expect Doncaster to climb the table even more in the coming weeks.
