Daka has made 126 appearances for Leicester across the Premier League and Championship since signing for them in 2021, netting 23 goals. The player has also made 31 appearances for his national side Zambia, scoring 20 goals.
After Leicester suffered another relegation from the Premier League, newly appointed Marti Cifuentes is looking to rebuild the squad and mount a bounce back into the big time.
This transfer window has seen Leicester complete the sales of up to 9 players. Furthermore, the club said goodbye to legend Jamie Vardy this summer. Daka has been up for sale this window as the Foxes look to generate funds to bring in some quality.
Despite numerous links, Leicester have been very quiet when it comes to incomings this season, bringing in veteran Asmir Begovic and full-back Woyo Coulibaly. The club have also expressed interest in signing free agent Josh Brownhill.

Daka is a striker who is capable of tearing defences apart with his blistering pace. Despite his numbers being somewhat average for Leicester, his record for Zambia and previous club RB Salzburg show that he is capable of being a real asset in the goalscoring department.
After losing two striker this summer, Real Betis are looking to bolster their attack, and if they can meet Leicester's valuation before the deadline, they will be sure to have their man.
