Luton Targeting Double Swoop for Scottish Premiership Midfielders?

Luton Interested in Deals for Hibernian and Aberdeen Midfielders

With the transfer window now reaching it's final hours, time is running out for English sides to get deals done for the final months of the season.

However, one club trying to bolster their squad right until the end is Jack Wilshere's Luton Town, who are reportedly interested in two Scottish Premiership midfielders Devin Levitt of hibernian and Leighton Clarkson of Aberdeen, according to Daily Record Sport in Scotland.

Levitt Close, Clarkson to Follow?

According to the HibsObserver, Levitt is in advanced discusstions with a League One club, that club is said to be Luton Town. With the 25 year-old looking likely to leave Edinburgh for Luton before the 7pm deadline for English clubs.

However, Luton's reported interest in Clarkson could raise questions on whether the deal for Levitt is liekly to go ahead, with it not entirely clear whether Luton are aiming to sign both players in the final hours of the window. At this stage Levitt appears the more likely, as at least one Scottish Premiership midfielder set to join up with former England international Wilshere at Kenilworth Road
