Manchester United keen on out of contract centre-back

Darmesh Sheth is today reporting that Manchester United are the most recent club to show interest in Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo.

The defender is set to leave South-West London as a free agent this summer, despite Fulham’s countless attempts to renew his deal.

United are keen to open talks with Tosin’s representatives, as they consider a number of different options ahead of the transfer window. However, the Red Devils will face fierce competition for his signature; Tottenham, AC Milan, and Newcastle are among the other clubs interested.

Following the announcement of Rafeal Varane’s departure from Old Trafford, United are looking to strengthen their options at centre-half. They’ve struggled with injuries in that area this season, and signing Tosin as a free agent represents a great opportunity to improve their options.

Tosin joined Fulham from Manchester City back in 2020, and has been a mainstay in the Cottagers XI since his arrival.
