The youngster made 4 Premier League starts for the Red Devils last season and will bring experience to the Wednesday defence despite his young age.
Still yet to pick up their first league win of the new season having played 4 matches, Sheffield Wednesday fans will be anxious to hear whether the final day of the summer transfer window will be busy at Hillsborough.
Without a clean sheet since March, the experience Amass picked up during his time at Carrington will be crucial as Wednesday continue to leak goals.
The possible signing of young attacking midfielder Jaden Heskey will enthuse fans but they will expect more incomings after a torrid start to the campaign.
With the Owls also struggling going forward, there is hope that Heskey can strengthen their attacking options. The young attacker may be light in experience but he has shown throughout his time with Manchester City's youths that he is more than capable of making the step-up to senior level.
