However Rennes have once again refused to agree a deal with The Canaries, according to Sébastien Denis.

Norwich's first attempt at trying to secure the signature of Kamara was structured in a loan with an option to buy basis. Rennes firmly rejected the offer, meaning the Norfolk based team had to go back to the drawing board.
The Finnish midfielder has only made three appearances for the French side so far this season, and is keen for a move to the Championship side.
With just under five hours left of the transfer window, it remains to be seen if Norwich will be able to secure the signing of Kamara.
