AFC Wimbledon 0-4 Huddersfield Town

What a way to end the season for Huddersfield Town AFC. They absolutely blew Wimbledon away and made a real statement on the final day. Four goals, dominant performance, no nerves at all. Not quite the end of the season they had hoped for in Yorkshire, with the club missing out on playoffs, however they will take this win. For AFC Wimbledon, it is a tough end to the campaign and one they will want to move on from quickly.

Barnsley FC 1-3 Stockport County FC

Big result for Stockport County FC. Away from home, final day, pressure on and they delivered. They looked the more composed side and took their chances when it mattered. This win secured them into the playoff spots for promotion into the EFL Championship. Barnsley FC just could not match them and end the season on a flat note.

Bolton Wanderers FC 2-3 Luton Town FC

Cracking game and a huge result for Luton Town FC. They edged a five-goal thriller however they still just missed out on playoffs by a single point. They showed real character to come through the match but it wasn't enough. Bolton Wanderers FC will be gutted, especially in a game where they scored twice but still came away with nothing, they would have wished to keep momentum going into the playoffs.

Exeter City FC 1-2 Bradford City AFC

Bradford City AFC got the job done when it mattered. Not the easiest place to go, but they found a way to win and that is all you can ask for on the final day. They needed this three points as it secured them into the playoffs, such a big away result. Exeter City FC competed but just fell short.

Leyton Orient FC 2-2 Burton Albion FC

This one felt like a missed opportunity for both. Plenty of goals, plenty of chances, but neither side could find a winner. Leyton Orient FC will feel like they should have taken all three, however with this draw, it guaranteed survival in League One for the home side after a tough battle this season.

Mansfield Town FC 5-4 Cardiff City FC

Game of the day, no doubt. Absolute chaos. Mansfield Town FC edged it in a nine-goal thriller and what a way to end the season. This doesn't affect the home sides end to the season, however a fantastic result. Cardiff City FC will be wondering how they conceded five, however with the club already guaranteeing promotion, they won't be too bothered.

Northampton Town FC 2-3 Plymouth Argyle FC

Another tight one but still no glory for either side this season. Plymouth get all three points however they narrowly miss out on playoffs by two points. Northampton on the other hand couldn't have had a worse season... rock bottom of the league.

Peterborough United FC 1-3 Doncaster Rovers FC

Strong finish from Doncaster Rovers FC. They controlled the game well and deserved the win. Both sides will settle for a mid table finish this season, with promotion hopes a big target for both teams next season. A Billie Sharp hattrick on the final day was a fantastic watch for Doncaster Fans.

Port Vale FC 0-2 Lincoln City FC

Professional performance from Lincoln City FC. Two goals, clean sheet, job done. Exactly what you want on the final day. Yet another fantastic performance from this seasons champions, it will great to see how they get on in the Championship next season. Port Vale FC just did not offer enough, the story of their season, as they get relegation into League Two.

Reading FC 0-1 Blackpool FC

Tight game, one moment decides it. Blackpool FC take the three points as both these two sides finish next two each other right in the middle of the table. Hamilton with a second half winner to decide the tie, which all in all, didn't really mean much.

Stevenage FC 1-0 Wigan Athletic FC

Big win for Stevenage FC. They got the goal and then saw it out well. These are the kind of wins that can define a season. Stevenage just scrape into the playoffs by one point. What a massive win this is for the club, an even bigger one if they go and win the playoffs. Lets see how they get on. Wigan Athletic FC will be disappointed to end the season like that.

Wycombe Wanderers FC 3-2 Rotherham United FC

Another thriller to end the season. Wycombe Wanderers FC edged it and picked up all three points against Rotherham, who all credit to them, fought hard. A game that meant nothing to either side as Wycombe finish mid table and Rotherham get relegated into League Two. Not how they wanted to see their season end.
