Rangers have agreed a fee of €3.5 million for Westerlo left back Tuur Rommens, according to Andy Newport.
The Belgian U21 international is reportedly on his way to Scotland currently to undergo a medical ahead of his move to Govan. This comes after AEK Athens had rejected a bid from Rangers to bring James Penrice back to his home country, and this will solve Danny Röhl's concerns with the left back position.

Rommens began his career with Genk before moving to Westerlo, who are currently managed by Issame Charai, who was Phillipe Clement's right hand man at Ibrox previously.
However Rangers aren't finished there, as Scott Burns also reports that Sturm Graz are close to accepting an offer in the €4.5 million region for Danish U21 international Tochi Chukwuani.
The Austrian side are set to play a friendly against Club Brugge today and it is expected that Chukwuani will not be in the squad as he awaits permission to travel to Scotland to complete the move.
