Rory Wilson Completes Move To Austrian Champions

Football Park can reveal that Rory Wilson is set to move on loan to Austrian champions Sturm Graz until the end of the season on a straight loan. It is understood that there is no buy option included in the deal, which is one of the reasons a move to Hoffenheim didn’t materialise.

The young forward is still only 20-years-old, and fans will be eager to see how he fairs in his first taste of first team football. Sturm Graz currently sit 3rd in the Austrian Bundesliga, just four points behind leaders RB Salzburg. If registered in time, Rory could make his debut on Sunday against SV Reid.

Sturm Graz previously had Max Johnston on their books after he made the move from Motherwell. Johnston became a fan favourite in his two seasons there, so Die Schwoazn will hope that Wilson will be equally as impressive.
