Southampton have agreed a deal with West Bromwich Albion for Tom Fellows.
The package is worth £7m upfront and will rise to £10m with add-ons, as per Jack Rosser.

The winger will undergo his medical within the next 24 hours, and a sell-on clause has been inserted in the contract.
Southampton have had a mass clear out this summer, following their relegation in disgraceful fashion from the Premier League.
Key attack-minded individuals such as Kamaldeen Sulemana, Samuel Amo-Ameyaw and most notably Tyler Dibling have all departed, with the latter in particular leaving a hole to fill.

The West Brom youth product will certainly add creativity back in the side, and will be the only right-sided winger at the club.
Having played all but one match in the 2024/25 Championship, Fellows certainly knows how to work his magic and has 137 professional games under his belt since debuting in 2020.
With 23 goals and 35 assists at this level plus having already experienced the nature of the play-offs, the Englishman will be a great asset to help Southampton's push to return to the top flight.
Despite a positive start to the season with two wins that has them sitting in fourth place, this is a crucial loss as Fellows has already featured in all of their matches so far.
To add to the pain, the Baggies are set to lose Darnell Furlong for up to £4m to a Championship rival, meaning they will be scrambling to replace two first-team starters in the days that remain of the transfer window.

If no one else is brought in before the deadline, captain Jed Wallace will have to be promoted into the starting XI after playing only 37 minutes of league football so far, and at 31-years-old is hardly the long term replacement the Baggies will be looking for.
