Osborn made 25 appearances for the Rams in the 2024/25 Championship season. The player was also part of Sheffield United's Premier League campaign in the 2023/24 season, making 24 appearances under Chris Wilder's team as the Blades were relegated.
After missing out on promotion to the Championship by losing in the play-off semi finals last season, Stockport County will be looking to do one better this time out after extending the contract of manager Dave Challinor until 2028.
✍️ Stockport County is delighted to announce that manager Dave Challinor has signed a new three-year deal with the Club, extending his time at Edgeley Park until the Summer of 2028.

Cheers, thank you 🤝#StockportCounty
Ben Osborn becomes Stockport's fifth signing of the window as they strengthen for a promotion push. A versatile midfielder with proven quality, Osborn is comfortable centrally, in deeper roles, and has even featured as a left-wing back.
As the Hatters race to seal the deal before tonight's deadline, fans can be confident his experience will be a valubale asset in their bid for promotion.
