The 23-year-old Crystal Palace academy graduate has made a return to England after a short spell over in Turkey.
With Stoke looking to strengthen their attacking threat and make a push for the play-offs, this is a statement signing.

Rak-Sakyi has come through the Crystal Palace academy, making 10 appearances since his debut back in 2021.
The young, exciting winger has had numerous loan spells over the past few years, spending time in League One, the Championship and Turkey.
He picked up Charlton's Fans Player of the Year back in 2023, netting 15 goals alongside his 9 assists.
After a successful loan spell, he picked up a few injuries and stayed at Palace, making 8 appearances.
The club sent him out to Sheffield United in the Championship, where he impressed their fans with 7 goals and 2 assists. Manager Chris Wilder was often filled with praise for the forward.
Even after all this time, Charlton and Sheffield United fans still have lots of love for the player on social media and often call for his return.

Rak-Sakyi is an exciting winger: he possesses the ability to create and, most importantly, get fans off their seat, a feeling that has become unrecognisable in the modern game.
Stoke have a very exciting player on their hands, and at the age of 23, Rak-Sakyi needs to impress his parent club if he stands a chance of playing for Palace next season under their new manager.
With bundles of EFL experience and fighting for the play-offs with Sheffield, Rak-Sakyi could be the missing piece that pushes Stoke City back to the Premier League.
