The 20-year-old Seagulls midfielder has struggled to get regular minutes with the club’s Premier League 2 side, only managing 10 appearances last season.

With two goals and two assists in those 10 matches, Robertson has definitely shown potential that he can start to kick on in his footballing career.

Therefore, Brighton have been in talks with League Two side Fleetwood Town, who currently sit 9th place in the table.

The Cod Army have enjoyed an unbeaten start to their 2026/27 league campaign, winning one game and drawing the other two.

Brighton will be hoping that Robertson gets regular minutes at Fleetwood, which will provide the 20-year-old his first taste of EFL football and the chance to impress his Premier League parent club.
