The FIVE Biggest Rating Upgrades In EA FC25

20/09/24 17:25

EA FC25 is on the horizon and now pretty much all of the ratings in this year's game have been released.

Kylian Mbappe, Rodri and Erling Haaland all boast ratings of 91 in FC25 but it is not them who we are looking at today.

Some players performed so well last season that their ratings have grown exponentially. So today we are taking a look at the five players that have seen their ratings grow more than any other players.

Jarell Quansah - Liverpool - +13

EA FC24 - 62 Rated

EA FC25 - 75 Rated

Liverpool’s 21 year old defender Quansah certainly had a good opening campaign last year.

He ended the season with 34 appearances in all competitions last year. However in the Premier League alone he certainly impressed in his 17 games played.

Quansah had a league tackle success rate of 88%. This as well as winning 76 duals.

These performances earned him a place in Liverpool’s starting eleven this season. A well deserved upgrade for Quansah.

Artem Dovbyk - AS Roma - +14

EA FC24 - 70 Rated

EA FC25 - 84 Rated

The oldest player on this list Dovbyk proved himself to be a quality striker last season. This earning him a huge +14 upgrade in this year's game.

Dovbyk finished the season as top goalscorer in the Spanish La Liga last year beating the likes Robert Lewandowski, Jude Bellingham and Antoine Griezmann to the award.

His 24 goals helped Girona to UEFA Champions League qualification in what was a historic season for the club. This also leading to his move to AS Roma this summer as well.

Such an incredible season rewarded by a huge rating upgrade.

Kobbie Mainoo - Manchester United - +15

EA FC24 - 62 Rated

EA FC25 - 77 Rated

What a year it was for Manchester United youngster Kobbie Mainoo.

In a season that was incredibly disappointing for the Red Devils, Mainoo shone through becoming one of the clubs best midfielders. If not the best midfielder in the club right now.

An FA Cup final victory topped off with a key role in England’s Euro 2024 squad. Mainoo had a world class year. Certainly putting the world on notice.

And now he can show off a fantastic 77 rated EA FC25 card upgrading massively from last year’s game.

Adam Wharton - Crystal Palace - +15

EA FC24 - 63 Rated

EA FC25 - 78 Rated

It’s crazy to think that just eight months ago Adam Wharton was fielding out for Blackburn Rovers. However top performances earned him a move to Crystal Palace and now a huge EA FC upgrade as well.

Breaking into the Palace squad was one thing but Wharton even earned himself a call up to the England squad for Euro 2024.

Wharton often looks composed in the midfield providing a constant threat as well as solid defensive ability. He has had an exceptional rise.

Cole Palmer - Chelsea - +19

EA FC24 - 66 Rated

EA FC25 - 85 Rated

And the player that has had the biggest upgrade this year is Chelsea star Cole Palmer.

Similar to Mainoo at United, Chelsea struggled last season but Palmer was unstoppable. And at such a young age still that is incredible proving his quality.

Palmer scored 22 goals in the Premier League last season ending up as the second top scorer in the league. Only behind the robot that is Erling Haaland.

Not only that but he got a call up to England’s Euro 2024 squad and even scored the equaliser in the final against Spain giving England hope (before Mikel Oyarzabal scored the winner of course).

An incredible season and a deserved huge upgrade.
