Wolves' Deadline Day looks set to be done, with just Angel Gomes and Adam Armstrong moving to the Black Country after an approach for Che Adams was rebuffed by the Turin side, as per BBC Sport.
The Scottish forward has endured a rather slow spell at Torino since joining from Southampton in 2024, scoring 16 goals in his 63 appearances.
Wolves made a bid for the 29-year-old for around £7 million, but it was rejected earlier today, leaving the 20th placed side having to move at a rate of knotts if they are able to secure any more additions.

The two done deals of Gomes from Marseille and Armstrong from Southampton does leave the current rock bottom side with some serious firepower which they have been lacking for much of the term so far.
Gomes was once a very promising midfielder who has made four caps for the England senior team, while Armstrong will offer a lot of experience having played much of his career in the top two tiers and is well-known being a Championship specialist.
Wolves have still won just one game all season, and sit 18 points adrift of safety with 14 games to go. These two will without a doubt help speed up the rate of goals created, but will it be enough to make up for that much of a gap, or are they preparing for a Championship return?
