Stephen Robinson made a midweek trip to East End Park as the Aberdeen boss took in St. Johnstone's William Hill Championship title clincher against the Scottish Cup finalists on Tuesday night.
According to The Press and Journal's Ryan Cryle, the Dons' boss was in Fife to watch over Scotland U21 defender Jeremiah Chilokoa-Mullen in action. But ultimately the scouting mission turned out to be a wasted journey as the defender missed the game v St. Johnstone.
Chilokoa-Mullen has been impressive form for the Pars this season and was named in this season's PFA Scotland's Championship Team of the Year. His form has been impressive that many clubs are interested are interested in his signature as the defender is out of contract at East End Park this summer.
It is believed that clubs in England, including two sides in the Sky Bet Championship and multiple in Leagues One and Two, are also interested in signature in the summer. But the Scotland U21 defender is open to remaining in Scotland, provided that he is playing in the Scottish Premiership next season.
The 21-year-old signed at Dunfermline from Leeds United in February 2025 and helped the Pars backline towards the latter stages of the Championship season. In total, Chilokoa-Mullen has played 53 times for Dunfermline, since signing for the club, and scored once in the Championship this season and is part of a defence that has kept 13 clean sheets this season.
