
Livingston have confirmed the pre-contract signing of Emmanuel Danso from Norwegian side Stabæk. The Ghanian midfielder will join The Lions on New Years Day upon expiry of his current deal and will be David Martindale's first winter signing. He could make his debut at Livingstons trip to Tynecastle on the first Saturday of the new year.
Danso has heavily featured in a defensive midfield position, making made 24 appearances for Stabæk this season. He began his career with SC Accra, then got a big move to French heavyweights Lyon, where he made 12 appearances for the second team. He never managed a first team appearance and then make the move to Scandinavia with Norwegian side Strømgodset where he would make 43 appearances over 2 seasons before moving to his current club, Stabæk.

Livingston have confirmed that the 25-year-old will join on a 3 and a half year deal, keeping him at the Home of the Set Fare Arena until June 2029, and that he will wear the number 37 shirt.
