Goals to Flow In Edinburgh

Heading up to Scotland for today's banker of the day, we have a tempting clash between surprise league-leaders Hearts and the troubled Kilmarnock.

The Jambos have been on an excellent run to start their season, with just one loss over the duration of their campaign so far to lead the league ahead of Celtic. However, a recent run of just one win in four games has allowed The Hoops to close the gap to just two points with a game in hand.

They play host this evening to Kilmarnock, who sit a lowly 10th in the league with only the one away win to their name all season from six trips - which was eight games ago as Killie went back-to-back for their only league wins all season.

The visitors have seen the Over 2.5 match goals line breached in five of their last eight matches. Hearts haven't seen the line breached in either of their last two, but these games came against an Aberdeen side that have only conceded six home goals all season and a Motherwell team that have only shipped five. Kilmarnock, by comparison, have conceded 14 from six games on the road, for an average of just over two goals per game whereas Hearts have found the net on 17 occasions from seven matches at home.

All signs point towards Hearts breaking their mini winless run with a home test against Kilmarnock tonight, who have only taken one single point away from their previous seven matches.

At 1.80, a £10 stake will return a resourceful £18 with BOYLE Sports.
