Both To Strike In London

Manchester United's various trials and tribulations have been focussed on more than introspectively enough, but the data behind their opening five matches of the season presents a tasty betting line as they make their way to the capital to square off with Brentford.

The Both Teams to Score line has landed in two out Manchester United's three away games so far this season - including against League Two side Grimsby Town. Furthermore, they will facing a Brentford side with worries of their own, but one that has managed to score in every single game so far this season, whilst similarly seeing this market pay out in two of their three home matches thus far, as well as from five of their seven games in all competitions in the early stages of this campaign.

Brentford represent a side still very much finding their rhythm under daring new manager Keith Andrews and whilst teething issues have been present, they have still shown a few flashes of quality across strong results against Chelsea and Aston Villa alike (2-2, 1-0).

Manchester United, on the other hand, have had more than teething problems - they need a full-fledged dental operation. However, Ruben Amorim did pick up a valuable win in their last bout against Chelsea in a chaotic fixture, and will be seeking to kick on sooner rather than later. They've shipped goals to the likes of Fulham and Burnley so far this season, meaning the mid-table-and-below sides can still square off with them with a solid chance at a goal in mind.

Goals To Flow Trentside

The Ange Postecoglou era is well and truly underway at Nottingham Forest, with the outspoken Australian's key brand of attacking, balls-to-the-wall football presenting all of the similar thrills and spills seen across his time with Tottenham Hotspur.

The Over 2.5 goals line has paid out in all but one game under Ange thus far, the exception being a 1-1 away draw with Burnley, and there is no reason to believe the opposite will occur as Sunderland make the trip down to the East Midlands.

Regis Le Bris has favoured a daring, attacking approach to the set-up of his Sunderland side, and is reaping the rewards with The Black Cats sat in 7th after five matches, winning twice, drawing twice and losing just once. The likes of Wilson Isidor, Habib Diarra and Granit Xhaka have been fantastic since Sunderland came up, and they carry plenty of threat to a Forest team that loves scoring and conceding goals in equal measure.

Forest, in an attacking sense, look like a new team at times under Ange, with free-flowing high-octane football the order of the day, with six goals in the club's last three games the result of which. However, they have conceded just as many goals in that time, showing an impotus on attacking football at the some-time expense of defensive solidarity that many a Tottenham fan will be familiar with.

League Leaders Gillingham To March On

Gillingham, in short, have been a joy to watch under Gareth Ainsworth so far this season.

The club currently sit right at the summit of League Two, having won six and drawn three of their opening nine fixtures with some choice performances to boot, including a 4-1 away thrashing of fellow promotion candidates Chesterfield and a spirited 1-1 draw against Tranmere when down to ten men.

The extra dose of likelihood comes from the Gills playing at home for this one - a place that they have failed to win at on just one occasion so far this term, with that instance being a 1-1 draw and penalty loss to AFC Wimbledon.

Harrogate, meanwhile, will be chasing momentum after a solid 2-0 win over relegation-threatened Shrewsbury. On the road, the club have managed to pick up two wins - one from the cup, one from the opening day of the league season. They will still carry a decent threat to Gillingham's fast-moving train this season, but the hosts should be able to navigate their way past that on Saturday afternoon.

R's The Favourites With Added Security

Betting against Sheffield Wednesday feels like putting down a sick animal, or perhaps that one line that Thanos stated in that Avengers film one time.

The club have been through so much hardship recently, and it's remarkable to see the club's efforts on the pitch to maintain their Championship status - despite the seemingly best-efforts of their owner to provide the contrary.

The Owls have picked up one win and one draw so far this season, sitting second-bottom above only their hated neighbours Sheffield United, and have bared their teeth on plenty of occasions, which is why we feel a Double Chance line represents the best value as QPR come to town.

Having not long ago been contenders for the drop, the London-based side now sit pretty in 9th position in the Championship table, boasting three wins from six so far this term. These wins all came after a shocking 7-1 loss on the road against Coventry City, with the club pulling themselves together at a rapid-fire pace with wins against Wrexham, high-flying Stoke City and London co-inhibitors Charlton Athletic.

Led with the mercurial talents of Richard Kone, the visitors will be the favourites here amidst a red-hot run of form, at the expense of Sheffield Wednesday. However, The Owls have shown plenty of spirit in the face of adversity off the pitch, and that has transpired on it now as well. So, with that in mind, a Double Chance for QPR to win or a Draw represents good value at a more secure chance.

Goals For Each as Rams Seek Consistency

Derby County seem to be a team so close to finding the answers to their problems this season, as they look to get away from the Championship drop zone as quickly as they can.

The Rams have recruited smartly, with the likes of Carlton Morris impressing since his summer arrival, and the club have taken some surprising points away from the likes of Ipswich Town and West Bromwich Albion - two clubs hoping to be in the mixer for promotion this season.

Against Wrexham, there should be ample opportunity for both teams to find the net. Derby, the visitors at the StoK Cae Ras in North Wales, have found the net in every single away game this season thus far, including a visit to Premier League residents Burnley. The aforementioned Morris will be one to watch, with the former Luton Town striker netting four from six so far this season.

Wrexham are, of course, holding the daring mission to heart in getting the club into the Premier League as quickly as possible. Though the chances of that happening this season may be slimmer than their last three campaigns, all successful promotion bids, they have still been good value in their first second-tier campaign in decades. Their games have been entertaining as any to witness, with the Both Teams to Score line landing in all but one fixture of theirs so far this term.

With Derby holding plenty of goalscoring spirit when away from Pride Park, and Wrexham's games tending to be breathless, open affairs so far this season, both teams hitting the target should be a formality.
