Key Betting Tip: Watford to Win offers good value @ 2.60.
Watford Predicted XI: Selvik, Wiley, Pollock, Keben, Ngakia, Louza, Kyprianou, Kayembe, Sissoko, Irankunda, Kjerrumgaard
Watford have five players who are currently sidelined with injury. That includes Chakvetadze, Dwomoh, and Semedo.
West Brom Predicted XI: Griffiths, Styles, Mepham, Phillips, Campbell, Mowatt, Molumby, Johnston, Price, Iling-Junior, Maja
West Brom also have three injured players. Bostock, Odeh and Collyer have all picked up knocks.
Watford have had yet another fairly mediocre start to the Championship campaign. The Hornets currently sit 15th in the table, after only managing to win three games from their opening 10. They beat Oxford, Hull and QPR, on top of draws against Southampton, Swansea and Portsmouth. As a result, this puts Javi Garcia’s men on 12 points - five points away from a playoff place and 10 points adrift of top spot.
West Brom on the other hand have been absolutely fantastic. The Baggies occupy a playoff spot in fifth at this moment in time, after winning five and drawing two of their opening 10 in the second tier. Ryan Mason’s outfit managed to beat Blackburn, Wrexham, Stoke, Norwich and Preston, as well as gaining a point each against Leicester and Portsmouth. However, defeats against Middlesbrough, Millwall and Derby means that West Brom have gained 17 points so far. They are just five points away from Coventry at the top.
This is a fixture that has proven to be extremely tight in recent years. Last season, both teams picked up a win apiece, but the two games prior each resulted in a draw.
