With Al-Ittihad crowned as champions a few days ago, there is very little left to play for between the other teams throughout the majority of division, besides the relegation fight with Al-Raed having been relegated already alongside two pending teams.
Pride remains a wonderful thing to fight for, however, and two teams with no league achievements to aim for in this campaign will do battle on Wednesday afternoon.
Predicted Starting Lineup: Bento; Al-Ghannam, Lajami, Al-Fatil, Boushal, Brozovic, Al-Sulaiheem, Otavio, Mane, Duran, Ronaldo
Al-Nassr may not be entirely thrilled with the way this season has gone. Despite boasting some of the strongest players in the division, including the legendary figure of Cristiano Ronaldo, they currently sit 13 points behind the recently-crowned champions Al-Ittihad, the employer of Ronaldo's former Real Madrid cohort, Karim Benzema.
Now, Al-Nassr have nothing left to play for in this campaign, with two league matches remaining, with both of their domestic cup exits now seeing their hopes of AFC Champions League football dashed for the forthcoming season.
However, they will still be playing for pride, and will hope to make quick work of their visitors on Wednesday afternoon.
In terms of available personnel, Aymeric Laporte is expected to remain absent from the defence following an injury in late April. Leading scorer Cristiano Ronaldo may make his way back into the team, after missing the last two games to recover from physical exhaustion. The Portuguese legend has hit 33 goals and 4 assists in 39 games this season.
Predicted Starting Lineup: Raed; Hamsal, Al-Fahad, Al-Khabrani, Rebocho, Hamzi, Kourbelis, Murg, Aboulshamat, Fortounis, Al-Salem
They may not have some of the star power of some of the clubs around them, but Al-Khaleej have put up a strong campaign to sit in and around the mid-table positions.
Their win against Al-Orobah last time out, to the tune of 2-1 away from home, secured their mathematical survival from the drop zone this season, and the side showed plenty of character alongside a starring role from Kostas Fortounis.
They remain as the expected heavy underdogs for this clash, but they have booked their place in this division for the season coming, and can be happy with their efforts in doing so.
This one kicks off (oddly) at 5:10 PM UK time, on Wednesday, 21/05. You can catch the action on DAZN.
Al-Khaleej have been better away from home than they have been at home this season, and have found the net in 6 of their last 8 games.
With Al-Nassr likely to secure a win in this one, we are going for a Both Teams to Score - Yes bet for this clash.
You can get this at a price of 1.7 over at Coral, which means a £10 stake returns £17!
With Al-Nassr the heavy favourites here, we're going for a 3-1 win for the hosts.

An avid gambler, football obsessive and loyal Nottingham Forest fan, Louis has been writing about football and wider sports since he was just 15 years old. Clearly a natural in front of a audience from the start, he balanced his early writing with a stint in acting, even earning himself an IMDB profile for his work on screen during his younger years.
Armed with a Football Journalism degree from the University of Derby, he initially joined the Football Park team in April 2025 as a Freelance Writer, before quickly being offered a full-time position as the site's Lead Writer and Betting Strategist. His time working in football has taken him to every corner of the sports media landscape possible, with roles for GiveMeSport, Reach PLC and VAVEL included amongst the 15 different websites he has written for in the past, whilst his roles in club media include non-league sides Hucknall Town and Basford United - he can still be found on live radio commentary with the latter from time to time - as well as Nottingham Forest themselves.
During his tenure at GiveMeSport, Louis showcased his range by producing everything from historical deep-dives into Liverpool's greatest-ever finishers to tactical breakdowns of the big questions facing Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham. His expertise also extends to the betting markets, where he has provided sharp match analysis and predictions for fixtures such as England vs. Finland in the Nations League.
Louis holds a knowledge of the 92 and it's various combatants that is as varied as it is mildly concerning. He channelled this keen interest in the sport into a hopeful career in professional journalism back in 2018 with the launch of his own personal From12Yards blog whilst studying for his GCSE's, before expanding his list of clientele with articles on his beloved Nottingham Forest for a local newspaper and freelancing for different publications over a range of sports, including darts, professional wrestling, MMA, boxing and Formula 1 (he talks about Daniel Ricciardo a concerning amount).
He secured his first full-time role in football media just days after concluding his studies in Derby, joining GiveMeSport in the Spring of 2024. He joined Football Park in April 2025, and is now responsible for upholding the industry-best quality of the 100+ articles published on the Football Park website every single week.
