The first trophy in the Scottish football calendar is on the line at Hampden Park on Sunday as St Mirren face Celtic in the Scottish League Cup Final.
St Mirren have won the competition once before, back in 2013 as they beat Hearts in the final. That success remains the last time they won a major honour.
Celtic meanwhile, of course are no strangers to a cup final appearance at Scotland's national football stadium. The Bhoys are 22 times winners of the Scottish league Cup and new manager Wilfred Nancy will be keen to get the supporters on his side with a trophy following a disappointing start to his reign in Celtic's 1-2 home defeat to Hearts.
Both teams are having underwhelming seasons so far, with St Mirren sitting 9th in the Scottish Premiership with just three wins so far, whilst Celtic have endured problems both on and off the pitch so far this campaign as they find themselves three points off the top in second as fans continue to protest against their boards running of the club.

St Mirren are a side who have struggled of late, but did pick up a win in their most recent encounter vs Dundee Utd.
The Saints were also unlucky in their last encounter with Sunday's opponents, as they managed to keep out the Glasgow giants until the last minuted of injury time as Callum McGregor won Celtic the match with a long-range strike.
Celtic 1-2 Hearts
Celtic 1-0 Dundee
Hibernian 1-2 Celtic
Feyenoord 1-3 Celtic
St Mirren 0-1 Celtic
Martin O'Neil did well during his brief spell as intermin maanger at Celtic Park, with recent results including an impressive 1-3 victory away at Feyenoord in the Europa League. New coach Nancy will be hoping to get back to winning ways as he heads to Hampden for the first time as Celtic manager.
Wide player Connor McMenamin scored in the recent win over Dundee utd and assisted in the game previously vs Aberdeen. the 30 year-old will be key for St Mirren if they are to cause an upset over Celtic in the Scottish League Cup final.
Skipper Callum McGregor remains a crucial cog in the heart of the Celtic midfield and will look to drive the Glasgow giants towards another trophy in Sunday's final.
