Why We Are Backing This Bet

Hammers to Continue Goalscoring Form on the South Coast

We begin in Brighton, where a very entertaining game could on our hands. West Ham are amongst the lowest scoring clubs in the division, but have hit some great form in front of goal in recent weeks, finding the net nine times in their last five games.

The Hammers also have struggles defensively, however, with only Wolves having shipped more goals. The hosts Brighton, surprisingly possess one of the most potent attacks in the league, scoring 24 goals so far at just under two goals per game, suggesting we could be in for a Super Sunday thriller.

Step 2 Macclesfield to Advance to FA Cup Third Round

The next leg in our accumulator lies in the FA Cup second round, where National League South side Slough Town host Northern outfit Macclesfield Town as both minnows search for a surprise chance for a spot in the third round.

The Silkmen have been in superb form in the cup, already knocking out an NLS side in the previous round - dispatching AFC Totton in an extraordinary 6-3 thriller and they also occupy a mid table position in the league. Meanwhile, Slough took down National League side Altrincham in the last round, however, sit in a relegation place in the south division.

A Winner Expected at the Cottage

In the Premier League's other fixture this Sunday, we have a London derby in store as Crystal Palace meet Fulham at Craven Cottage. In the last few days, the Cottagers have had to cope with the tough defeat at home to Manchester City in an epic nine-goal encounter.

After drawing their first two fixtures of the campaign, Fulham have not drawn a match since in the league and will often lose or win relatively comfortably. As for the Eagles, they may have drawn five games this season, but have drawn just once in their last ten games in all competitions. On top of this, there has been a winner in each of their last three meetings.

An FA Cup Thriller on the Cards?

Heading back to England's most magical cup competition, we head to Bloomfield Road where Blackpool host non-league's Carlisle. Despite coming into this game off the back of such poor form in recent weeks, the Tangerines could come into this weekend relatively confident with their home form looking very respectable compared with their away record.

As for Carlisle, they look in great touch for an immediate return to the football league, and they also could be on course for a spot in the third round if they play their cards right. This could be a very tight match, but over 2.5 goals stands out here with six of Carlisle's last nine matches having this outcome compared with six out of ten in Blackpool's case.

Real Madrid Dominance in the Capital

Los Blancos host Celta Vigo as they seek to jump back above Barcelona this weekend. Madrid have a 100% record at home this season, granting a Madrid win an easy choice despite Celta's more than respectable away form.

Six out of Celta's last ten matches have featured the over 2.5 goals leg, making it more than an achievable outcome to occur again. As for the hosts, this has occured in five of their last eight, however, have scored two or more goals in three of their last four games on home soil.

Lyon to Continue Incredible Form at Lorient

The last leg in our acca comes with Lyon's trip to Lorient as the visitors look to make it three wins in a row and add to their current goalscoring form of nine goals scored in the last two games.

As for Lorient, each of their last 13 games have had the outcome of over 1.5 goals, so this should definitely come through. The only risk we see with this is Lorient having a strong home record, losing just once in seven attmepts - we just back Lyon's form in front of goal can come through for the longshot!
