The Premier League is back in action after a fun week of European ties. We kick the weekend off with a Premier League classic as West Ham welcome high-flying Sunderland to the London Stadium.

Both teams have a long history in the Premier League, and the home side are looking to continue that and are in desperate need of a win at home to help them climb closer towards safety. Sunderland, on the other hand, are fighting for a European place in just their first season back in the top flight.

The game could be one with lots of drama and could go right to the very end.

We are on this one with talkSPORT Bet, and they offer a range of ways to get involved in the fun. At odds of 3.10 (£10 Stake Returns £31) and 29.00 *£10 stake returns £290), let me introduce you to our Premier League Bet Builder.

Low Risk

Brobbey on fire Brian Brobbey has adapted to life in the Premier League very fast. The powerhouse forward has cemented his place in the team after a run of impressive performances. Last time out he netted the winner in a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace at the Stadium of Light and was a handful for those depleted defenders. He also loves a goal against a London side, with 3 of his 4 league goals coming against those. The striker has scored against Arsenal, Spurs and Palace and will be hoping to add West Ham to the list. A shot on target looks like a guarantee if Sunderland are on top form.

Cards Galore Both teams possess players that have been known to pick up a few yellow cards. The likes of Xhaka and Soucek have had their fair share of yellows over the years but seem to have passed the baton to their teammates. West Ham and Sunderland have combined for a total of 80 league yellow cards this season, an average of 1.2 a game for West Ham and 1.57 for Sunderland. This leg seems a nailed-on banker.

Bowen on Fire? Everyone knows that West Ham are far worse without Skipper Jarrod Bowen. He has constantly dragged West Ham out of trouble in the last few years and will need to do the same if they are to survive. Bowen has also been in the England squad and needs to up his performances with a chance of going to the World Cup. Almost every attack goes through Bowen, and similar to Brobbey, a shot on target seems like a banker... the one that couldn't fail?

Corners, Corners, Corners Yes, that may sound like your gaffer when you're winning in the last minute. But this is different; both teams possess an aerial threat and will be looking to capitalise on set pieces. Everyone knows that corners are a huge part of the game nowadays, and this game could be filled with them. We expect the game to be quite open with a lot of shots being popped, which will inevitably lead to corners. Some stats to back it up: Sunderland's games have had 7 or more corners in all of their last 5 fixtures. The same goes for West Ham.

High Risk

Sunderland to Win Sunderland have had a phenomenal start to the season and remain unbeaten at home. Yes, we know they're away in this game. If they really want to make a statement and push for Europe, then they need to pick up a few more wins on the road. What better place than an empty London Stadium, where you can barely hear the fans, so it'll feel like a home game with their travelling supporters? This on paper seems a very winnable game, so let's go for it.

Brobby back-to-back? As said for our low-risk selection. Brobbey has scored 3 of his 4 Premier League goals against opposition from London. He may as well continue it! Also good to note he picked up an assist away at Chelsea too, so he will definitely have a say in this game.

5 for Todibo The centre half has become a staple at the back for West Ham, and god knows why. He always seems to have a mistake in him, whether that's a stupid yellow or a goal-given opportunity for the opposition. He's stuck on 4 yellows at the moment, and the 5th just seems imminent, so we thought we'd back it this week. He'll struggle to deal with Brobbey's physicality, and the ref will have had enough, probably before halftime.

False hope for the Hammers West Ham have scored in 7 of their 11 home games this season, netting 13 goals in the process. Despite this, they've won only 2 games and have struggled, turning their supporters against them. Following the trend we've seen, we think a Sunderland win with a West Ham consolation goal seems very likely. Hopefully it comes from Bowen himself, and we can give you two winners in one game!
