10 Cheap Cards You Need in Your FC 26 Ultimate Team

With EAFC 26 just nine days away from release, people are already stressing about building their starter ultimate team. Do you play it boring with just a full Premier League side? Mix it up by building a hybrid featuring a few of the top five leagues? Or throw caution to the wind and stack the squad with five-star Brazilians?

Well, here at Football Park, we have you covered.

Maybe you’ve blown through your promo packs and still find yourself skint, hunting for cheap meta players.

Maybe you’ve pulled an insane card and want to build around him rather than cash in.

Or maybe you’re sitting on hundreds of thousands of coins but waiting for the first promo to drop.

Whatever your situation, here at Football Park, we have you covered. Here are ten of the best cheap cards to kickstart your FC 26 Ultimate Team journey.

Davinson Sanchez

Galatasary

Centre-back

82 rated

Tottenham Hotspur fans, look away. Davinson Sanchez may be a nightmare for Spurs fans, but for players of EAFC 26, he could be a dream come true.

With 82 pace, he is on the quick side for centre-backs, but he also has a massive 88 physical. His biggest weakness is his shooting—just 58 rated—but in all honesty, how many times will you be shooting with this beast of a defender?

He does play for Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Lig, but if you can find some tecky ballers to build around him, your starter squad could be shaping up nicely.

Emmanuel Agbadou

Wolves

Centre-back

79 rated

If you did not already love him for his singing during the Premier League’s annual player pronunciation day, you will for his EAFC card.

For just a 79-rated card, Agbadou has an 83 physical and 80 pace. Elite scores for such a low-rated player.

Another big positive of his card is that he plays in the Premier League. Whilst others may say it is boring to have a full Prem squad right off the bat, who cares? It is your squad, so do what you like with it and have fun!

His biggest weakness is his shooting, but I doubt there will be too many times when you are shooting with this Wolves centre-back!

Moise Bombito

Nice

Centre-back

76 rated

Across the board, Moise Bombito does not have the greatest stats. A 49-rated shot, and 65 dribbling is not amazing. 75 for defence and 76 for physical is better, but not blowing anybody's socks off.

So why is he on this list?

Because he has an amazing 93 pace.

But this centre-back in your squad, and no attacker will be getting past!

Wesley

Roma

Right-back

77 rated

Another player with an impressive pace stat, Wesley should be added straight to your team if you are starting with a Serie A or Brazilian squad!

With 89 pace, he is one of the quickest full-backs in the game, and the rest of his card is not too shabby either.

Except for shooting, all his other base card stats range from 70-78, making him a well-rounded player who can bomb up the right-hand side for you!

Calvin Bassey

Fulham

Centre-back

78 rated

With an 87 physical stat, Calvin Bassey is a great starter player for any team to use. Add this onto his 81 pace, and you have a strong centre-back who can beat any opposing attacker.

It only makes it better that Bassey plays for Fulham, as mentioned earlier; who cares if you build a full Premier League squad? It is one of the best leagues in the game.

Add this to his Nigerian nationality, and it is easy to link him to other Nigerian players in other leagues.

It could be possible that down the line you have him and Oshimen linking up on the same pitch for your EAFC side.

Emre Can

Borussia Dortmund

Centre-back

82 rated

Nearly part of the Gullit squad—80+ ratings on all base stats—Emre Can has base stats of 70+ for every attribute.

It feels like we have been talking about Emre Can for years now. We at Football Park still remember his sensational overhead kick for Liverpool in the Premier League eight years ago.

His EAFC card is a brilliant starter card. With his lowest stat being 72 and his highest being 84, there is no doubt that he is a strong card to use.

With Can playing in the Bundesliga and having German nationality, it will be easy to slide him into any squad.

Felix Nmecha

Borussia Dortmund

Defensive Midfielder

82 rated

To link up directly with Emre Can, we have Felix Nmecha.

Another player who is very close to being in the ‘Gullit Squad’, Felix Nmecha’s card is just a little bit better than Emre Can’s.

With his lowest attribute being 73 and his highest being 86, Nmecha is a must-have player for any starter squad that includes German or Bundesliga players.

With him and Can on your team, there is no doubt that you can beat even the best opponents.

Jeremy Gittens

Chelsea

Left-Wing

75 rated

Signed for just under £50 million by Chelsea this summer, we are still unsure of how many minutes of gametime that Jeremy Gittens will be getting at the London club this season.

But for EAFC, this does not matter. With an exhilarating 92 pace and 84 dribbling, Gitten will be able to fly down the left wing, leaving every defender in his wake.

He does come with some downsides, though. With just 27 defending and 57 physical, it is advised that you do not go into any challenges with him. He will be easily shoved off the ball.

Ayoze Perez

Villarael

Striker

83 rated

The highest-rated player on this list, Ayzoe Perez, is a must-have for any Spanish or La Liga squad. At the age of 32, Perez is entering his twilight years as a player, but he still has an extraordinary 86 pace.

Accompany this with his 83 shot and 83 physical, Perez will be a demon upfront, able to take down any of your opposition's defenders.

Allow him to dribble through or play the perfect ball, and Perez will be scoring every time.

Mohammed Amoura

Wolfsburg

Striker

80 rated

After signing from Union Saint-Gillise this season, Mohammed Amoura will be the perfect striker in your Bundesliga squad.

The Algerian international has a brilliant 90 pace, able to beat any opponent.

Electric pace, clever movement, and enough finishing to punish high defensive lines. He may not be a star name, but he’s the striker who gives budget squads their edge.

He will be able to break pact your oppositions defense and score a bucket load of goals in the process.
