The Champions League is in full flow and with huge matchups on the horizon we all need to know where to go to get coverage of the games. This includes fans over in the United States who are arguably lucky enough to get some of the best coverage in the world.
This guide will show some of the main ways that fans in the USA can access coverage of Europe's most prestigious tournament and just how easy it is.
Pricing: Plans start from $7.99 a month
For English speakers, US Champions League coverage is exclusively provided by CBS Sports through the Paramount+ platform.
The Golazo show hosted by Kate Scott, Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards provides analysis and tactical insight from some of the games most respected pros but its main draw is the chemistry and humour between the hosts.

Added to this the show frequently brings on footballing icons as guests such as Alessandro Del Piero and has had the rest of the world envious of the calibre of coverage they provide. The show leans on a personality first method of coverage and dips into typical American TV stylings and its hugely paying off as they are now the most widely known and used platform not only in the USA but in the World.
Pricing: Plans start from $5.99 a month
For Spanish speakers in the USA, Spanish speaking coverage of the Champions League is split. One of the main providers however is ViX.
The streaming platform offers the cheapest coverage for Spanish speakers in the USA however this does come with the slight drawback that it only has selected games available for viewing.
For complete Champions League coverage if you're a Spanish Speaker you will need to couple it with DAZN.
Pricing: Plans start from $29.99 a month
DAZN is mainly known for being a hub for streaming combat sports across the world but they dip their hands into many different sports including football and of course the Champions League.
DAZN's major drawback for football fans and those seeking to watch the Champions League is that at its expensive price it only shows selected games for Spanish speakers and none for English speakers.
As mentioned this means for comprehensive coverage of the Champions League as a Spanish speaking person you need both ViX and DAZN, not ideal for those wanting to easily watch the top games.
Pricing: Plans start from $88.99 a month
If your preference for streaming services is a blanket coverage provider then Hulu+ might be the best thing available to you.
The key drawback of the service in relation to watching the Champions League is that the base package will only allow for select games to be viewed as only certain broadcasters and streaming platforms are under the Hulu+ offerings.
You can however add Paramount+ to your package with Hulu+ to ensure complete coverage in both English and Spanish for your Champions League watching and a bonus is that under Hulu+ all of your bills are streamlined as opposed to having multiple accounts on multiple sites.
With the rise in footballs popularity in the United States many may be new to the sport and tournament and unsure how it works, if this applies to you here's a quickfire roundup of what the tournament is and how it works.
The Champions League is Europe's pinnacle of club football and teams battle in their domestic leagues every year for a spot in there, 36 teams from all over Europe eventually make it to the tournament.
Once teams have made it into the Champions League it begins with a league style group format to decide who is immediately knocked out, who goes into a play-off game for a spot in the knockout stages of the tournament and who goes straight through to the knockouts.
Varying factors can influence spots in the league table in the event of teams having the same number of points following playing all 8 group stage games, these include goal difference, wins, losses and more but more often than not it's all about the points.

In the knockout rounds teams are drawn a first opponent, this decides where in knockout bracket they will play and what their route to the final may look like. This functions exactly the same as other sports knockout tournaments such as the Superbowl play-offs if we take the NFL as an example.
Teams face each other in the knockout rounds and get eliminated from the tournament if they lose of progress into the next round if they win until we reach the final, which does operate the exact same way but is held at a predetermined neutral venue. Teams in the knockouts play one game at home and one game away against whoever their opponent is and the winner across the two legs advances, this applies in all games except the final which is a singular game.
