27/09/24 12:26

Gab Sutton, a man with more knowledge than anyone else when it comes to the English Football League, is back with a bang.

He’s working with us to bring you the best weekend betting predictions, spanning from the Championship to League Two. To add some spice to your ACCA’s, Gab’s chucked in some well assessed bets with outside odds.

Championship Predictions

Sunderland to win away at Watford - 27/20

Both sides have reached another level this season, but Gab’s backing the Black Cats to win over Tom Cleverly’s Watford.

Sheffield United to beat Portsmouth - 4/5

The Blades have been unstoppable this season, mostly thanks to Gustavo Hamer. They’re unbeaten so far and will defeat winless Portsmouth.

Leeds to beat Coventry - 8/15

Whilst Leeds haven’t hit the levels people expected so far this season, they’ve got too much quality for Coventry to handle.

Championship ACCA?

Combining all three selections from the Championship would earn you healthy 5/1 odds, meaning a £10 stake would return a huge £60 should it land.

League One Predictions

Bolton to win away at Crawley Town - 3/4

After losing Scott Lindsey, Crawley will struggle against a Bolton side full of quality. Bolton might have had some bad results so far this season, but they’ll win here.

Birmingham to beat Peterborough - 53/100

I think this one’s a given, the re-acquisition of Jay Stansfield has taken Birmingham to another level. They’ll continue their good run here.

Blackpool to win over Burton Albion - 4/9

The Brewers have been poor this season, even with Danilo Orsi bringing back the ‘Ors celebration. Blackpool should cruise to victory.

League One ACCA

Combining all three selections from League One would earn you healthy 3/1 odds, meaning a £10 stake would return a huge £40 should it land.

League Two Predictions

Notts County to win over Morecambe - 8/11

Notts have been excellent so far, and look great odds for promotion. Jodi Jones will be key as they walk past Morecambe.

Fleetwood to defeat Cheltenham - 7/5

This will be tight, but Fleetwood are unbeaten in three, and looked really good against Stoke in the Carabao cup. They should beat an average Cheltenham team.

MK Dons to beat Bromley - 23/20

Despite MK Dons average start to the season, the combination of Scott Lindsey’s arrival and their unreal squad, will prove too much for newly promoted Bromley.

League Two ACCA

Combining all three selections from League Two would earn you huge 8/1 odds, meaning a £10 stake would return a huge £90 should it land.

Gab Sutton's Outside Shouts

Oxford United to beat Burnley - 5/3

Oxford have been really good so far this season, and their start has gone a bit under the radar. This will be their hardest test so far, but they might just sneak a result at home.

Leyton Orient to beat Wrexham - 13/8

Despite a poor start to the season, Leyton Orient are back. They’ve beaten Reading and Stockport County, and might manage to do the business over Wrexham.
