Double Delight for Manager-Less United

Much more like it! Thankfully, backing my own team in our daily bankers did not end up with me hating them more than I already do, with West Ham and Nottingham Forest combining for 11 match corners to bring yesterday's 1.40 bet in at a canter. (I'm Forest, if that wasn't obvious. How on earth did we win that?)

Without further ado, we'll get straight back into more Premier League action - we're backing Manchester United to grab at least two goals against Burnley tonight.

After the sacking of Ruben Amorim and the one-game instalment of Darren Fletcher (not the commentator), Manchester United will be looking for a big win tonight. Amorim leaves behind a win percentage at Old Trafford of 38%, and was in the dugout as his side put three past Burnley earlier this season, totalling an xG of 3.63 from a whopping 26 shots.

One of the (very) few things that Amorim started to get right at Manchester United was transforming them into a far more entertaining outfit to behold. Across 20 Premier League fixtures this season, the Red Devils have bagged 34 goals. Stunningly, this is only 10 goals less than the amount they mustered over the entire course of their miserable campaign last season.

As stated, Darren Fletcher will be in interim charge for this one. When looking at his work with the U18s, we could expect a fast, direct Manchester United outfit who look to stay on the front foot and mount the pressure. In 10 home games this season, Burnley have conceded 13 goals. Not stunning figures, but they should come into contact with a few more struggles against a Manchester United side teeming with quality and intent.

At 1.73, a £10 stake will return a resourceful £17.30 with talkSPORT BET
