We’re taking a look at an exciting clash in League Two, the leagues been blown wide open so far this season, so we’ve really had to do our research here.
Andy Woodman’s newly promoted Bromley host Stephen Clemence’s Barrow side.
It’s been a very strange start for most teams in League Two this season, and most games have become very difficult to call.
That being said, the trend at the minute seems to be Barrow sliding down the table after their impressive start to the season.
Bromley Predicted Line-up - Grant Smith; Kamarl Grant, Byron Webster, Omar Sowunmi; Idris Odutayo, Lewis Leigh, Ben Thompson, Daniel Imray; Corey Whitely, Levi Amantchi, Olufela Olomola
Bromley will be absolutely chuffed to be five points clear of the relegation zone, given the low chances they we’re given at the beginning of the season.
All credit to them, they’ve been a really tough side to beat and always notch a goal or two at home.
Key man Michael Cheek is still set back with injury, so Levi Amantchi will have to step up up-front.
Barrow Predicted Line-up - Wyll Stanway; Ben Jackson, Christopher Stokes, Theo Vassell, Rory Feely; Dean Campbell, Robie Gotts; Katia Kouyate, Kian Spence, Elliot Newby; Gerard Garner
Barrow fans would’ve thought they had a good chance of being promoted this season, and their flying start to the season just cemented those hopes.
However, they’ve entered free-fall in recent weeks, earning just one point from the last 12 available.
Gerard Garner will need to step up, since Barrow struggle so much to score away from home.
These two sides have faced each other ten times since 2015. Of these games, Bromley have won four, and Barrow have won two.
Four matches have resulted in a draw.
18th January 2020 - Barrow 2-0 Bromley - National League
5th October 2019 - Bromley 1-2 Barrow - National League
9th February 2019 - Barrow 1-1 Bromley - National League
13th October 2018 - Bromley 2-1 Barrow - National League
24th April 2018 - Bromley 0-0 Barrow - National League
Despite the expectation difference weighed on these teams shoulders, Bromley have performed over the odds at the minute, especially at home.
They’ve scored in every home game, and Barrow have really struggled on the road this season, which will tip the scales in Bromley’s balance.
Odds of 7/4 on BetFred mean that a £10 bet has the potential to return up to £27.50 in this match.
(odds subject to change)
Bromley 1-0 Barrow
Barrow will continue their dreadful form, and Bromley will pull off a huge result.
Whilst neither of these teams are going to win their respective titles, we’ve got a double on Manchester City to win the Premier League and FA Cup.
