Leicester Manage to Keep Louis Page Amidst United and Arsenal Bids

Louis Page will be staying at Leicester City despite bids from Manchester United and Arsenal, ahead of the transfer window deadline.

17-year-old only made his debut for The Foxes this month and registered his first assist in Friday's win over Birmingham.

Page has already been capped several times for England's Under-18s.

Page's Potential

The midfielder first made a name for himself playing in the Under-18 Premier League at just 15-years-old, getting three assists in eight matches played.

He was then promoted to the Premier League 2 for 2024/25, played by the club's Under-21s where his record of five goal contributions in 10 games eclipsed those he got in nine Under-18 fixtures in the same season.

His first-team debut came at Huddersfield in the EFL Cup, coming on as a half-time change as his team eventually lost on penalties.

Since then, he has put in two good performances against Charlton and Birmingham to prove his is more than capable of competing at this level despite still being a teenager.

He made 10 caps for the England Under-17 side before being called up to the most recent Under-18 national side.

Other Foxes Moves

Bilal El Khannous has joined VfB Stuttgart on loan for the season, the deal includes an option to buy clause for £25m.

Coming through the King Power doors is Julian Carranza, an Argentinian centre-forward that has joined from Feyenoord on a season-long loan with an option to buy.
