A huge UEFA Champions League tie as Napoli host Chelsea in the final matchday ahead of the knockout stages. The home side knows that anything less than victory will see them crash out at the first hurdle, the same old story for Antonio Conte in European competition.
As for Chelsea, the Blues occupy the final automatic qualification spot, though have little room to slip up in this fixture with a host of sides ready to take their place. Chelsea have a poor away record against Italian opposition, managing just two victories in 13 matches.
The two sides played out a memorable Champions League Round of 16 tie in 2012, Chelsea recovering from a 3-1 deficit in Naples to defeat their opponents 5-4 over two legs. If that's anything to go by, then this fixture will be the pick of the bunch on a hectic night in the UCL.

Without further ado, here are our free multi bet tips ahead of Napoli vs Chelsea on Wednesday night.
Low-Risk:
(£10 Stake Returns £32.50 - Boosted Returns £48.75)
High-Risk:
(£10 Stake Returns £270 - Boosted Returns £405)
Low-Risk: Putting the low into low-risk, we are siding with the home side to avoid defeat and extend Chelsea's misery in Italian waters. Napoli have a formidable record at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, unbeaten here in all competitions since December 2024. They have won two of their three games here in this competition, defeating both Sporting and Qarabag FK, who both occupy playoff positions. Conte's men have had successive poor results, failing to capitalize on 10-men FC København in this competition before suffering a 3-0 defeat to Juventus in Serie A, enough to doubt a straight win bet for the Italian Champions.
Chelsea midfielder Moisés Caicedo has proven why he was worth the big bucks in this campaign. The level of performance with and without him in the side is astounding, and he will be relishing this difficult test, with so much at stake for both sides. Caicedo ranks among the highest for tackles per 90 in the Premier League, averaging over 3 tackles per game. The Ecuadorian has managed at least two tackles in each of his Champions League starts (excluding Ajax), including the home win over Benfica when he tallied seven.
As far as we are concerned, this is bound to be a feisty occasion. With little room for error, Chelsea's ill-discipline in the Premier League makes it likely that tempers will boil over between these two sides. The Napoli side has received ten yellow cards in six UCL matches, bettered by Chelsea with 12.
High-Risk: High risk equates to the shock result, and that is what we are going for here. Liam Rosenior has had a joyful start to his Chelsea career, defeating Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park last time out. Enzo Fernández found himself on the scoresheet once again, his fourth goal in eight matches.
The Argentinian is enjoying his best scoring campaign since joining the club in 2022, having managed ten goals in all competitions. He has been handed the responsibility of the Chelsea penalty taker this campaign and has proven to be reliable from the spot. Though we are not hinting at the suggestion of a penalty being awarded, we fancy Fernández to keep up his hot streak in front of goal tomorrow night, having been given the license to advance into attacking positions.
Meanwhile, teenage sensation Estevao scored his first goal since that memorable strike against Barcelona in the Champions League on Sunday. The Brazilian has a strong record in the Champions League, having scored three goals in six matches during his debut campaign. One thing that has been made clear is that he is not shy of having a go, averaging over four shots in the competition and just shy of two shots per target per 90. His strong performance on the weekend gives confidence in him getting the nod from the start tomorrow evening, and the stats suggest we should expect an attacking return from the winger.
The home side has managed the most shots in all three of their home matches in the Champions League. Conte has stressed the importance of the home advantage ahead of this tie, where his side have made Stadio Diego Armando Maradona a fortress. Napoli have lost just one of their last UCL home matches, so its no suprise to see them as the favourites in this fixture. Our in-house tipster has 60% confidence in a home win, whilst just over 13% confidence in victory for the away side.
